"My favorite hotel in Portland Me and my kids have stayed at about 14 different hotels in Portland over the years. Our favorite was the Ritz Carlton for a long time until we stayed here. The property is kept in very good condition, excellent valet, easy check in, clean room, comfortable beds, lovely coffee shop, and helpful staff. This place has a very calming atmosphere. "Wonderful boutique hotel with great artwork and color. We called earlier to see if we could get an early check in and they accommodated that (9:30AM) Wonderful place to stay. We will be back for sure. "

"First the Vallet guys were amazing. Front desk service great! The room though. Not so good. Not really a 4 star experience. Dirty clothes left in closet, "clean" robes all stained in the closet as well with the dirty shirt. But my number one why I will never stay again. Is when I left to go the the Blazers. My room was went through and changed.. Lights turned off and different ones turned on. As well as my toilet used by someone.. Without my knowledge. With clear signage of do not disturb...

"It was kept pretty clean I would stay there again. Somethings are just a little outdated in the room like the desk chair and side chair. Staff was very nice, restaurant was good. "

"This was my first time to Portland. Everything was excellent. The bartender (Gabe) was a great as well! He sold us on some of the amazing items off the menu for dinner. The food was spectacular by the way. Definitely took the time to share some cool stories and recommend some amazing local places. I would come back again for sure with staff like him. "Great location, walking distance to Moda Center. We had a snack and drink in the bar and although waitstaff was short handed they were attentive."

"This hotel desperately needs updating. The last time I was here a couple years ago, it wasn’t that bad. But this time, I was really disappointed. I had to change rooms because the first room smelled like smoke. The carpet had stains and just seemed dirty. The location is great if you are going to the convention center. The staff was friendly though. Hope the owners soend the money to update it. "

"The clerk was rude, he didn't want to give us the wifi password even though we are paying customers. He said it was company policy not to give it to guess. No hot water to shower with. It was extremely noisy from guess up stairs from us and company didn't do anything to quite it down. we never got our microwave or refrigerator, all in all it was the worst stay we ever experienced. We will never book a stay there again and highly recommend that no one ever go there"
