"The room was very dusty and dingy. The dishes and silverware that we were supposed to have were still sitting in the dishwasher and it was unclear if they were clean or not. At the end of the day when we wanted to get clean towels, there wasn’t anyone on Staff after 8 PM to assist. it was a great location and could have been a better experience."

"After a few minor issues when we first arrived, the property team made sure all was rectified and that we were happy. The apartment has a wonderful view of the Susquehanna River and the neighborhood is filled with interesting, period architecture. Walking around the area was easy and safe.
