This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom split level condo is situated within the private gated community of Litchfield By the Sea. Your stay at Sandpiper A-2E will be a beach vacation you will never forget! Step into this beach rental to find all the comforts and conveniences of home. Enjoy your favorite home-cooked meals from the unit's full kitchen, equipped with major appliances and cooking essentials like pots, pans and utensils. Dine at the kitchen bar, in the dining room area, or from your private balcony. Guests will enjoy lounging in the living room area, which features large furnishings, flatscreen television, and complimentary wireless Internet. This unit also features a washer & dryer to handle any laundry needs during your beach vacation. Unit is accessible by elevator and parking is located under the building on the ground floor. 

Sleeping arrangements accommodate up to 7 guests and include:
-Master Bedroom: 1 King bed, 1 Twin bed and attached bath. 
-Guest Room 1: 1 Queen bed and attached bath.
-Guest Room 2: 2 Twin beds and attached bath.

What a lovely condo and a beautiful property. The beach access from the condo was perfect and close with views of the ocean on the deck and in the main areas of the condo. The pool was right by the unit as well. The children's water park was a short drive from the unit but still in the property and tons of fun for our active toddler! Don't miss a sunrise walk on the beach, walks along the marsh and biking in the property. Other pluses - indoor pool, ice cream shop, nice restaurant and full Starbucks on site!

We have stayed in many VRBO’s across the country and in other countries. This was one of the best! Clean, updated with great decor, and much thought went into the thought of guests staying there. Excellent location. We will be back for sure!!

Amazing!!!

Can't say enough good things about our stay in this gorgeous condo. So spacious, beautifully decorated with amazing views from every window. The photos are spot on, but it's much larger in person. Yes it was just me & my husband staying here for 5 nights, but once I saw what all they had to offer, we opted for this spacious condo with everything we needed versus a smaller hotel style room without all the amenities. The location can't be beat. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balconies listening to the ocean waves. We will definitely be back!
