WEEKLY BOOKINGS ONLY DURING THE SUMMER SEASON

This oceanfront home on the south end of Pawleys Island features six bedrooms and five bathrooms. This is the first house on the south end that fronts both the ocean and the creek. The downstairs features fresh paint, new living room furniture, an open kitchen and dining area, and plenty of views of the ocean. Bedding accommodations on the first floor 4 bedrooms are two kings and 2 queens. There are 2 additional bedrooms upstairs with one having 2 queens and the other room, one daybed with trundle.

This property has a traditional drip coffee maker.

No smoking.
No pets.
Bed & bath linens included.
There is NOT a creek dock with this home.
$250 credit for beach rental with VayK Life gear included when you rent this property.
Maximum occupancy: 14
Saturday-Saturday rentals only during the summer months (nightly rentals available in the shoulder season).

Lovely views

The house has wonderful views of both the ocean (very close) and the marsh. Good arrangement of bedrooms. Screened porch and decks very nice. Bathrooms functional but worn/outdated. Refrigerator was very small esp for a house for 14 and with broken shelves. A number of small things in the house—microwave door, broken chair needed attention.

Loved the location

This was a great house for families!! The location was good! Plenty of space for our kids and grandkids! Washer and dryer were such a help. The only thing I was disappointed with was I thought the house came with creek access and a dock and it did not. The view online made it seem like it had a dock but the dock online was not for this house. Otherwise this was a great vacation house!!!

Beautiful View

We were disappointed that there was no grill and the stove and oven were not in good shape. The stairs outside need work, and many small inside things need work—door knobs, light fixtures, etc. The house and screened-in porch need attention. The view was perfect, but the chairs could have been in better shape.

Family fun

Loved this beach house! Had everything we needed. Enough room to spread out yet gathering spaces for family time. Rental company was very prompt to respond when we asked a question or 2. Had a great time!

Great option for families

Great option for larger extended families. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. Upstairs bedrooms aren’t really great for younger children as there are no gates for staircase at the house. Was great for our Thanksgiving family trip.

Such an incredible location and house. Was pleasantly surprised with the size and how much space it felt like we had. Can't beat walking right onto the beach. Would certainly recommend.

Disappointed

The house had a great layout and access to the beach. We were very disappointed at how dirty the house was. There was dog hair on the couches, carpets and beds. I spent the first day cleaning the house from top to bottom. Many of the outlets in the kitchen and living room don’t work. Sparks came out of one in the bedroom. I recommend an electrician be called out before it gets worse. The front load washer door is broken and mildew had built up. The upstairs shower won’t drain properly. Its in need of new toilet seats, silverware, pots and pans and utensils. Its a shame that this house has not been taken care of.
