"Extremely clean property. Staff were extremely helpful from the moment we walked in. They get your bags, and load them to your room. Easy and quick check in. Complimentary drink before you get to the room. The place smelt like heaven. Not sure what that fragrance was going on in the building, but it was divine."

"It's very nice!"

"The room was very clean, modern with perfect air conditioning. There was a mini fridge where I kept yogurt and fruit. The lobby had snacks,a coffee machine with many choices and frozen meals which could be warmed up in the microwave downstairs. The included breakfast was out of this world. I will be returning and highly recommend this hotel."

"Excellent hotel in Covilhã, we visit Covilhã every couple of months for medical reasons, there are two hotels that we use, both with pools, depending upon the price at the time. This time it was Donna Marie. Excellent as always, everything works, is clean, and relaxing. The pool area is incredible, a good sized indoor pool, poolside recliners, jacuzzi and shower. "Bella struttura, soggiorno tranquillo"

Daba pena irse."

"Tres belle vue et bon rapport qualité prix"

Volveremos"

"Good location. Hotel is looking a bit tired. Door missing of the wardroom the room also. Staff were nice and breakfast was good also."

"Staff is super nice and helpful and the rates were great. Definitely recommend it!"

"Lovely area. "

"Not as advertised. Essentially a room with no services at all. No staff so you have to go up the hill to the sister hotel for everything. Room was not serviced when I stayed 2 nights either. Not a satisfactory listing"
