"When I booked I was told parking was free. They are now charging $35/car daily. Hotel is outdated. No air conditioning in 90 degree weather. Condo is very small. We were put in a room for disabled which we didn’t request. Normally I wouldn’t complain but the shower was small and kept flooding the bathroom no matter what we did to avoid it. Not the most pleasant stay for me."

"Easy acces to ski area. Staff was professional and competant. Live music and dinning in lounge made for enjoyable easy going atmosphere. Family friendly without specifically catering to children. Area in general made for a quiet nook in a resort location. Accomidations were generous in space and comfortable for lounging/sleeping/in-room dining. "

"Sabía que era bueno por sus reseñas, pero quedamos fascinados al vivirlo, es un hotel muy bien administrado por alemanes, excelente limpieza y servicio, en todos los aspectos. Todo está meticulosamente bien administrado, limpieza y servicio del personal del hotel y de la habitación de 100. El área de albercas y spa, es buenísima y se disfruta diariamente. Estan al pendiente de tu habitación todo el día, en las tardes pasan a dejar más botellas de agua y unas deliciosas galletas recién...

"I stayed at Tivoli Lodge for two nights on vacation. The hotel’s biggest strength is its excellent location, making it easy to walk to nearby attractions and enjoy the area. My room was clean and comfortable, and overall the property was well maintained. Unfortunately, a few issues took away from the experience. The room had a persistent slightly musty, sewage-like smell that never completely went away. In addition, the front desk staff were consistently unfriendly and didn’t make me feel...

"We had an amazing stay! Highly recommend for any occasion, It is family friendly, great for a girls' trip, a couples get-away, etc. The only word of caution is the parking and resort fees are roughly $65 per day ($130 per day). We were surprised, but after re-reviewing the fine print...it was clearly stated. Therefore our miss, not the resorts. Overall, we will be back!"
