Welcome to your perfect family getaway at Cranberry Lakehouse! Escape the city and enjoy your private lakefront on Fairview Lake, one of the best swimming and year-round fishing lakes in the Poconos. This newly listed rental home offers three bedrooms plus loft with sleeping area.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor gas grill, heating and air-conditioning, blazing fast WiFi, 2 large TVs with streaming capabilities, and a long driveway that can fit cars, truck and / or boat trailers.

Fastest WiFi in the area (Gig+), Large Smart TV, and all kinds of indoor / outdoor activities right at your doorstep.

All renters must sign a rental agreement and provide photo ID's prior to check-in. Must be 25 to book.

Location: Situated on Fairview Lake, a hidden gem in the Poconos. You’ll be located 5 minutes to the charming downtown Hawley and one of the largest lakes in PA, Lake Wallenpaupack. Without getting in a car, you can enjoy various outdoor activities including swimming, boating, running / walking, hiking, biking and more.

Wake up to the lake every morning as each bedroom has sliding doors to the spacious lakeside balcony and deck. Main level has the master suite, with attached full bath, and a half bath. The second level offers two bedrooms, a large full bath and loft/sleeping area.

The kitchen is fully stocked and offers an electric stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Thanks to the open and flowing floor plan, you can cook dinner, enjoy the lake views, and still be a part of the fun! You can access the spacious deck through the sliding doors to enjoy the outdoors over a fresh cup of coffee or beverage of your choice.

Indoor Gathering Areas: High ceilings and glass front living room brings the lake inside. The entire house has been optimized for you to enjoy the spectacular views and to let in natural light.

Washer and dryer located in the basement. For additional indoor fun, create a family tournament in ping pong, or darts.

Outdoors: The BEST part of this property. The lake frontage is level, the views are incredible, and the home is tucked back in quiet and protected (no wake zone) cove. Swim from the dock, bring your swim tubes and cool off in the lake. There are multiple flat areas between the lake and the home which are perfect places for a lakeside fire (SoloStove provided) or a game of cornhole.

Activities abound regardless of the season –

Don’t forget your sneakers and rackets (pickleball or tennis!) as Palmyra Township park (a well-kept secret of the area) is located right across the street from the home. It includes a playground, pickleball courts, tennis courts, a basketball hoop, baseball fields and more.

Great view of the lake from the house, and we loved hanging out on the pier and on the shore at the firepit. Everything provided including kitchen/grill stuff, coffee, and even sports stuff like kayaks, life jackets, pickleball, etc. Entire place is clean, but the place looks quite a bit dated. I took a star for that, but I'd easily recommend that this place was a great place to completely unwind and rest right off the lake. Would definitely rent again. Thanks.

Gone Fishing

Great house just steps away from Fairview Lake. Very relaxing week of fishing and boating. House has a well stocked kitchen, dish ware, pots, everything needed to cook big dinners. Beautiful surroundings full of deer, chipmunks, beaver ect., very tranquil.

Great weekend getaway

We had a great time at the property! The lake was beautiful and we spent the whole time fishing and helped stock the lake with trout as well. We will definitely be back to try it for a couple of days in the summer as well!!!

Great place to chill out

The position of the property is excellent, and the kayaks/dock is fantastic. Ideal size for a small family. The beds are queen - so if you like space to sleep - bear that in mind. Communication with the booking agent was excellent. The property is furnished as needed to be comfortable, minimal towels and bedding. If you can - might want to bring your own. It was a great place for the 4 nights we booked it for.

Rest Relaxation Family

Location was perfect. There was plenty to do very close but I mostly enjoyed relaxing on the dock enjoying all of what nature provided us. I booked the home with the intention of totally disconnecting from every day life and focusing on my family. It was the perfect setting for that. The home was big enough to fit our family of 6 plus little ones with plenty of space to not be on top of each other. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rebook in the future. My family and I enjoyed this beautiful house by the lake with it’s picturesque views of nature in every window, I especially loved how private and quiet it was as well as clean and accommodating to all our needs.

The house was clean and access was very easy. The amenities could not have been any better. Finding anything in the kitchen was very well labeled. If you’re considering vacationing or getting away for a few days then consider this house your go to place.

Lake Getaway

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was clean and organized with numerous labels to find items. Our communication with the property manager was excellent, responses were very timely. We found the house had everything we needed from household items to lake equipment. Overall, a great place to stay and unwind. The neighbors that we met were very friendly and welcomed us making our experience truly memorable.
