"My family and I drove 3 1/2 hours to these cabins. Once we got there the key code did not work. When I spoke with the lady whom resides in another state, she said they tried to get my phone number from Expedia but could not, (she had my number because I text her the day before) to tell me that they had no one there to clean the cabin and that they did not have another cabin available.
