The property listing says it has many things that it doesn’t have, for example; daily housekeeping, private hot tub, free firewood, free toiletries, towels provided (they provide just one set of towels for your whole stay). If you want housekeeping or more towels, you have to pay. The hot tub is shared and it is warmed up by wood. If you want to use the hot tub, you have to make an appointment and they charge you for the wood. We did this, and when we went to the hot tub...

"The property is excellent. The host Laura and the manager Levin went above and beyond to help us. We really appreciate their flexibility and help in our late arrival and check out as well. The only thing I would say is that the hike up to the house from the church is a challenge. They have clearly stated that but what I was not ready for was the unclean and unhygienic conditions of the path to the house - there is sewage and trash everywhere - if you can ignore that it was all great."

"This booking was better than the pictures in my opinion. The host was extremely communicative and even went as far as to provide a video showing how to get to the property which was extremely helpful. Definitely very clean and it was an incredible place to stay. Could not recommend this host more. They were incredible and very very fast to respond with any questions we had."

"10/10 stay! The host was incredibly responsive and communicated clearly throughout. The property was easy to find, the Wi-Fi was strong, and the atmosphere was so peaceful. "In one word: nightmare. I'm still waiting for the host to respond to my request. The lack of communication and support has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I paid in full, and after the host told me she needed the house back, for a personal situation I agreed to help by leaving early. Instead of working with me fairly, she suddenly tripled the price and stopped responding to my messages. At the time, I was in the hospital helping my mom, and doing my best to resolve the situation....
