"Clean, sure. I love to see a clean hotel. However I truly rate my experience based on how easy staff made it to check in and the interactions with the staff who work at the hotel. This was the worst stay ever. Started off by arguing with front desk about how I paid my room in full back in April. Had the receipt to prove. Still ended double charged for the room with no call back from a manager. After check in we realized there was not a remote for the tv anywhere. Requested a new one...

"The property itself was beautiful! The landscaping was lovely plus they had hanging baskets everywhere. The room itself was spacious, clean and so pretty. The breakfast was really nice with lots of different items not normally seen on a breakfast bar. The only downside to anything was the woman working the breakfast area did not speak English, only had one speed and several of us had to wait while she washed the dishes and refilled the bar.
