"Un excellent séjour dans cet établissement. La chambre était d'une propreté irréprochable et très confortable. Le personnel s'est montré particulièrement accueillant, professionnel et à l'écoute tout au long de notre séjour."

"We moved to this hotel after our original booking was horrid. The staff were amazing here and went the extra mile for our honeymoon. We booked a non smoking room, but the room smelt like a cigarette - the staff were super quick to change us into a fresh room when I hadn’t even asked! They were great. Location was also perfect, with all the touristy things being 10-15 mins away. Thank you again to the team for everything!"

"The location is excellent, the service is superb, the rooms are very well-appointed, and the breakfast is good and delicious. The only drawback is the lack of an elevator. I would like to thank Mrs. Samiha for her warm welcome, hospitality, and attentiveness. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely visit again."

"Alt var top"

"Really nice hotel, the suite was spacious, modern and clean. Breakfast was good, not a massive choice but still good."

"I liked the location it’s very very convenient and close to everything I needed specially restaurants and shopping and next to metro station and the staff were great and extremely helpful and one of the staff his name is Dorian was great very hospitable and very helpful"

"위치 자체는 중심지에서 거리가 있지만 쉴레이마니아 모스크가 가깝고 호스트가 친절해서 편하게 묵을 수 있어서 아주 만족합니다."

"Oda bakımsız"

"Very clean room. They clean every rooms daily basis. Good breakfast. Friendly staffs."

"çalışanlar gayet beyefendi ve yardımsever konum olarak oldukca iyi tavsiye edilir"

"Very helpful staff. We had a good stay."

"I recommend this hotel to stay in."

"Large room, comfortable bed, good location in old town, good selection of food at breakfast, staff were friendly and helpful. Room for improvement - male working in restaurant clearing tables at breakfast has really bad hygiene. Recommendation - mention to guests to book trips via reception desk as we booked online using leaflet handed to us on check in and had issues. Luckily reception staff helped us as although we had booking confirmation, travel company didn’t arrive to collect us."

"Odaları çok temiz ve bakımlı, personel ilgili ve otoparkının olması fevkalede."

"It was a pity that at the description it said that it was possible to swim at the other place and there wasn't info about extra costs. But when I arrived there the hotel didn't pay for that or didn't make an effort to arrange a free swim. Although the info on Expedia was not right. That was a pity. And the toilet was not flushing and the shower water was coming out of the shower inside the room. The taxi driver they called to bring me to the airport was very late."

"Room was spacious. You could see the Bosphorus from one of the windows. Tram station was 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast was good and had plenty of options. Area does get quiet after 9pm. Staff was very helpful in arranging transport from and to the airport as well. We did encounter some problems with the toilet, but the staff was quick to fix it."
