There are very few properties in this area that sit right on the water with breathtaking Ocean views. You will sleep and wake up to the sound of waves. Eat breakfast on the 2nd. story terrace and watch the sun rise over the Andaman Sea. Delight yourself in the unforgettable sunsets from the swimming pool. The fiery skies will surely light up your IG. The villa is centrally located and is close to everything Phuket is famous for, beaches, more restaurant choices than anywhere else, shopping and night life.

This is a full service accommodation, which include:
1. Daily house keeping to include cleaning, tidy up bedrooms, wash dishes and trash collection (9:00 am - 12:00 pm).
2. Concierge service (9:00 am - 6:00 pm).
3. In house Chef ( by request, fee apply)

Beautiful Villa in a beautiful location on the beach. Staff and service were excellent. Wonderful way to experience Phuket but be able to escape the chaos when needed.

We had a great time at Kalim Beach Villa. The staff was very helpful and responsive to our needs. Plenty of room for our extended family. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful, hospitable beachfront location

We were overwhelmingly happy with our stay at this beautiful Kalim Beach property. Adam and his team were very responsive to everything we asked of them, and we could not have felt more welcomed. With in-person check-in, daily housekeeping, private chef services for a reasonable fee, our entire nine person family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Great location

We loved our stay at the Kalim Beach Villa! Meals were fantastic and the staff really went the extra mile to decorate for my husband's birthday and even baked a cake. Communication via WhatsApp was super easy and host gave us great suggestions. The driver that was arranged for us was great and on time for all of our adventures. We loved Kamala beach to the north and liked that we had an atm and 7-eleven across the street. Patong is close by and tuk tuks are in front of the house for a quick ride. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome time!

Beautiful, well-maintained property. True to description online. More than enough room for 7 adults and 1 teenager. The hosts and staff were amazing, responsive and coordinated prestocking, mid-stay shopping, drivers, recommendations (i.e. tailor), in-villa massages, in-villa chef services. Everything ran smoothly and we wanted for nothing! Really appreciate Adam, Gee and the rest of the wonderful team who took such good care of us. Highly recommend!

Loved it! But…

Great and quiet location, stunning views and a more or less almost private beach! I mean, it‘s a public beach - but soo quiet. Ge and Adam are doing a great job (and the maids as well - most of the time) - much appreciated! Thank you again for all the extra efforts (disposing of of trash and everything, complimentary transfers, shopping ideas, complimentary water and fruits, communication, etc.). We would come back - for sure… with more or less the same prices we have booked in June 2022. We know, everything got more expensive in recent times….. But three times more? Well, we booked another 2.5 weeks in Patong for next December again… at a completely different place, sadly…. and this just because of the costs. In short: Great place if the the price is worth it.
