Executive Summary of apartment:
1. Location: it is located at the Patong residential area, just 1 kilometer walking to the beautiful beach area of Patong. Along 1 kilometer, there are Top Supermarket, 7-11, Restaurants, Street Foods, Fresh Market, Banks, Largest Fitness Center, Tour Counters, Massage shops, Motorbike rental shops, a lot of tuk-tuk/taxi available and whatever you need for your stay, you can get everything you are looking for at this area.
2. A big newly renovated with new air con, new curtain, new floor with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom (shower room) ensuite with an opened closet/wardrobe. The layout is suitable for couple, as it is an opened concept of bathroom within the bedroom with private main door of the bedroom and door between bedroom and bathroom. Please understand the layout before you book the apartment, you can look at photos.
3. Private Fiber Optic WIFI is installed for private use, even the whole building has provided internet system but we do understand your need to work at home. Everyone has online business and works so there is no worry about strong WIFI (300/300 Mbps), strong enough to enjoy WIFI system by all member in the apartment.
4. All rooms have air cons, so there are 2 air cons in this apartment.
5. Dinning table to sit together for lunch, dinner or even working together with Lan Wire to connect to your lab top.

This apartment comfortably sleeps up to 2 people. It features king size bed and top of the line mattress. 1 bathroom with large walk-in showers plus full kitchen facility (the kitchen is equipped to meet all your needs (stove, microwave, refrigerator, amenities, washer, etc.) and living room with leather sofa and dinning table.

The property offers great value for money in an enviable location. Guests are invited to make full use of the resort’s outdoor swimming pool, sunbathing areas and fitness center.

Patong is about a 45-minute taxi ride away from Phuket International Airport. There are a multitude of travel options including Airport/local buses, taxis or mini buses to transfer you from the airport. There are also plenty of international car hire firms operating at the airport.

The price is per whole apartment per night. Prices are inclusive of electricity and water. We do not provide daily or weekly cleaning and change linens, please contact Host to buy this service for Thb800 per time. Host can help to arrange cleaning and linens laundry services with fee applied.

A great place to stay in the middle of Patong

Great place, apartment has all the amenities one will need to have a great stay. The bedroom is spacious, big closet and separate toilet and shower with great water pressure. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make dinner, I used it for breakfast mostly as the food market is down the street and there are many great restaurants waiting the walking distance. The location is 5-10 min from Patong beach and it is not on a hill, no problem for me but maybe for some. You can rent the bike right outside the apartment and check out other parts of Phuket. The host were great and were able to allow early check in which was great. Will definitely be booking the place again and for longer next time. Thank you
