"Upon arrival to this property we had to wait for an extended amount of time because the person at front desk could not find the reservation and had to call the manager several times. The room we were given, the ac wasn’t cooling well and the ceiling fan was broken. The bathroom was in terrible condition, rust all over the toilette and bath tub. The bed was rock hard as well. "I went mid week and had a pleasant stay while it is quiet. The hotel is in pretty good condition, when I arrived they were even installing new TVs. It is clean and well maintained, a very good standard for a 3star hotel in Ghana. The food at the beach restaurant was my favourite, try the calamari and fried rice, very tasty. Also nice to have breakfast, hotels.com didnt let me know it was included it was also good. Staff very helpful even though it is quiet during the week"

"Customer service is brilliant and overall the hotel is clean. I stayed in a standard room which was clean, had air conditioning, clothing storage, additional seating and toiletries provided. "The property was beautiful, clean, and inviting. The only things I didn’t care for was climbing the stairs, being told that the only rooms available were family rooms, when the hotel was empty, WiFi only working in the conference room, none of the TVs in the rooms worked, the roads to the place are treacherous, and the place was left completely open all day and night, so anyone could enter. "The only things that work well are the AC and water heater. The property should not charge that much if the rental does not offer the expected world-class delivery, especially for those visiting the area and the hotel for the first time. Also, the images are somewhat unrepresentative of the overall system or building. The property could use some remodeling. All the best."
