Did not have breakfast Staff very good and helpful Room clean but they are in need of complete refurbishment Evening meal very good

The Sefton
Staff were good. Room was perfect. Breakfast excellent. Bar facilities seem to cater for young people with blasting music. We used the Empess hotel to have dinner and drinks in a calm setting. The only thing that lets the Sefton down is the bar and no restaurant for evening meal.

Cunard Apartments
Property has restaurant on site which is convenient, the bed are average not too comfortable but not that terrible. both of bedrooms smell damn/wet

Cunard Apartments are located in Douglas, the capital of the Isle of Man.
Very overpriced. We were traveling with a group of 7 so we booked 2 exact apartments in the same building. Vrbo charged me more than our friends paid. They booked through Expedia. I will never use Vrbo again. The owner then charged me more money when we arrived, after the final online payment was ...
