"The clean room and balcony were great, though the table could have been taller for outdoor dining.
Check-in was a pain, especially since the required information required email access, and there was no staff. Asking to enter passport details in view of everyone in the lobby, with no privacy, is not ideal."

"I travel often and this was the worst experience at an establishment I’ve ever had. Ringing the bell outside for ten minutes with no response. Finally got in because someone was leaving the building. Reception was 8 feet from the door and the person at the desk was unapologetic for their non responsive.
