Early Check In & Late Check Out:

Pool & Spa:
- Spa heat included with all bookings.
- Pool heat:
Summer $499 flat fee (May through September)
Winter $899 flat fee (October through April)
*Includes 2-3 days. Duration of heat is weather dependent and not guaranteed. Request after booking to confirm adding for your stay.

Pets:
- Allowed upon request, $399 flat fee.
- For pets please send details and include in booking. Maximum two medium size dogs.

Events:
- Allowed case by case with a fee. Inquire with event details

UNREGISTERED GUESTS AND EVENTS POLICY:
— The property is for registered guests only. Guests not included in your booking must be confirmed in advance. Additional visitors, parties and events need our written approval before check-in.
— Unapproved guests, parties or events can result in a fine of up to $5,000 and early termination of your stay without refund.

NOISE POLICY:
— Quiet hours 10pm to 7am: no outside music or loud activities.
— Please keep outdoor noise considerate at all hours.

Events allowed on case by case basis with fee.
