"We have stayed here several times before and always had a great experience. Upon arrival, they tried to say the room wasn’t available. They tried to charge us more than we paid for a room with less amenities. It wasn’t until we showed the room was booked and paid for did they say it was available. "The check in process was weird and the person who sent me a message about it was not responsive. so check in took a while when I arrived at the property. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay in the deluxe suite. The kitchen was great and everything worked well.
