"Our group had a great stay here! The place was clean and well-stocked, and the location was great. "This house was everything we could have wanted and more! Exactly as described. Fully stocked with everything you could imagine. The golf cart was a huge help for taking stuff ( and people) to the lake. We used the paddle board and kayak everyday and loved the huge floating mat and the lounge chairs and umbrella on the upper dock. We used the great fire pit area every night! "We were in Maynardville for the funeral of our family matriarch -- this house was absolutely amazing! Everyone was in awe of the home, the decor, the view, the whole experience! Several were checking tags on sheets and blankets and bedding so they could mimic it when they got back to their own homes! Loved the stay -- it made a very sad time a much more enjoyable time spent with beloved family who came from near and far."

"Excellent place that has the best location he have stayed in. This was our 6th straight annual trip and the location was superb being at the end of the lake. Very few boats passed thru so it was very safe for the kids to paddle board, kayak, and swim. I have used the owner in the past. She is always great and took care of a broken step to the dock immediately. "
