"The house is very cozy. We enjoyed the screened in porch to be able to sit outside without bugs. We did use the fire pit two nights and made s’mores. I would agree with other reviews though. If you have mobility issues, there are a lot of steps down to the dock. The location of the dock is perfect. It’s a very quiet cove, and the kids swam every evening after boating all day. The Wi-Fi and cell service is spotty so this may not be a good place if you have to connect but for our family that was...

"We visit Norris Lake near end of every summer to spend some time as a family before our kids head back to high school/college. First time trying this cottage and we LOVED it! Great location at the end of a quiet cove. Perfect for swimming, kayaking, fishing, evening fires, and our Springs Dock boat rental. We look forward to renting this one again this year!"
