They have some construction going on right now, but despite the updgrades they are working on to improve the property it was clean and a lovely stay. Would stay here again.

Don't judge a book by its cover.

Initially was not impressed by the exterior, but was pleasantly surprised by effortless check in, friendly reception, clean room, comfortable bed, and reasonable price. Nice place forca traveller.

The room was okay, I mean it had a strong smell of fake fragrance like febreeze or something like that. The cleanliness was questionable, but we literally rented to change before and after an event. The property looked rough. You can tell the room had some serious water damage especially by the window and above the sink. The ceiling above the sink was missing a light and was bulging possibly from water? Not sure on that one. The toilet had a weird sign on the door that was hand written. There was no toilet paper holder and it was just sitting on the toilet. I guess for the price it was okay

At first I was a little taken back by the look. Once I talked with Nick and he explained everything I was good. I was in for a convention. All the rooms were just remolded and the building I stayed in was a fairly new. The carpet was like you floating on air. The Bathroom was marble floors, sink and tub again it look brand new. Refrigerator and microwave all looked new and a Coffee pot with free coffee a nice touch. Bed Slept good. This was like a new place. It is hard to make a place this nice when the town doesn't have many conventions or a lot of out of town guest. I was pleasantly surprised. I will stay there again next year for sure. Very nice people and a well kept place. You need to stay there.

Super impressive!!!

Renovated motel-manager friendly, room is very clean, bed was firm but comfy, shower hot with great water pressure! As a single women traveling, I felt safe and secure in my room. Cute little town too!

I stayed at the Parsons Inn and the couple that runs it were great! The room had a king bed, great size fridge and freezer, coffee maker and microwave. It also had a table and chair set and a sofa.

Outside was a bit “rustic” but room was clean, nice, no problems. Not everyone’s cup of tea but I thought I got my moneys worth. I would stay again👍

The manager was very helpful and accommodating, even providing utensils to us at 9pm. The room was very clean. Refrigerator in our room was brand new. We were satisfied.

Clean and comfortable room

The hotel room met my needs and I fully expect the typical budget room I stayed on. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and that is the main thing I wanted. Don't expect something fancy for the rate you are paying.

Clean room at a great price

Super friendly staff, clean room and a great price. The only negative is no ice machine. But not a big deal at all, I would stay here again no doubt about it! If you are looking for a pool and breakfast this might not be the place for you, but if you want a nice place with friendly staff at a great price this is your place.

First time in Parsons and have to say, that for a Budget Motel, I was more than pleased there. The room was larger than I had expected, and very quiet and comfortable.. which is what I like! And if looked like the room had been recently remodeled.. which is so, they did a good job, Additionally, all new appliances and up to date fixtures with plenty of power plugs. The main heads up I would say, was the tv only had access to Pluto. (Which for me was just fine, since I don't watch TV that much. Other than that, the grounds and exteriors were less than impressive. But if the other rooms are anything like the one I stayed in, it's really a great value for a Budget Motel. (Since I'm mostly retired now, don't travel as much as I used to. But next time I am in the area, will definitely stay there again!)

Great stay

Older hotel, small rooms but fair price. Clean and decent, just older building. Every time we go there new things are improved, so the owner is working to make it better constantly. Owner and wife are amazing and nice people.

Room was pretty descent. Seemed to be clean. There was some weird people running around and staying there. A dog barked all night long. We found a cockroach in the room. I looked for another and didn’t find anymore. It’s cheap so it’s ok I guess. The owner is very nice.
