"Incredible hotel! The staff is amazing. So friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The grounds, rooms, and views are stunning. The sea pool is beyond and the diving boards are so much fun. We brought our 8 month old and they provided a crib, stuffed animal, and adorable backpack. The staff was also very sweet with the baby and offered a high chair at every meal. "What an amazing property. This hotel was one of my favorites throughout our family trip of 10 days around Portugal and Madeira. We were given a suite with pool and ocean view. The rooms were spotless clean, comfortable beds with fluffy pillows. One of the best breakfast buffets we have experienced. The staff was very friendly and professional. Located near restaurants, natural pool, shopping mall. Highly recommend to stay at Porto Mare Bayport when visiting Funchal."

"What can I say? This property was 10 out of 10 coming from New York we loved everything about it with the balcony facing room of the water. Staff were super friendly. Food was good when everything in the area was closed down and my massage with Maria was out of this world book your spot ahead of time because it sells out very quickly. "This was a reservation I’ve done for my parents and I heard nothing but good comments from them. Unfortunately, my father had an health issue during the stay and the staff was excellent. Called the doctor to come, ask all the time if my mother needed anything from their side. They were truly great on the support and for that I’m really appreciated. For the hotel, great spot, beautiful surroundings, quiet, clean, a very good breakfast ! For sure a name to save and a stay to repeat !"
