"I don't know where the people stayed who left your glowing reviews, but it was NOT at this establishment. Front desk was closed at 10 when we came back from a movie so we couldn't get any kind of help. The phone number on the receipt was disconnected. The phone in the room had no cord, the TV would not come on, the bed was awful, the hallways smelled!! We were expecting a nice Vrbo experience, NOT a low rent national chain. "The property was amazing, it had the cabin feel with a family of deer in the front yard every evening but was still in walking distance of downtown hot springs. The host was very responsive, checking in on us through messages, throughout the visit to ensure everything was going great.
