"This townhouse was easy to find, convenient parking/access to property.Very clean, had everything we needed. Appliances all worked just fine.Had a great stay and would consider again for the next visit."

"We arrived in the middle of a severe thunderstorm. The rain continued the days we were there. The cabin access road washed out. I contacted Theresa and within a half an hour she had opened her private gate for us to gain access to the highway. Wonderful communication, wonderful environment, super cozy and clean The vibe is one of being alone in the middle of a beautiful hardwood forest. The water feature is natural. The hot tub is perfect. I can’t say enough about how much I love this place."

"The most beautiful property in the area! The river, sunsets, peacefulness, tranquility, and spaciousness of the guest home was a dream. We enjoyed every second of our stay. "Our family had an amazing weekend at Ozzy’s Oasis! We utilized every amenity. This beautiful lake home came well equipped with everything that we needed. The beds were very comfortable, very clean, the kids & adults enjoyed all of the indoor games during the rainy hours, the kids room was perfect with bunkbeds, a TV, books and even a toddler bed. "I booked this house for a family trip and we had plenty of room and things to do without even leaving the house. The views are beautiful. We rented the boat, we went kayaking, we swam right there by the dock and we fished. My grandkids would play ping pong in the evening. "We had 4 couples and a few single adults with us. The inside space size was more than enough for a group of friends who had not seen each other in several years. There was separate spaces for quiet conversations and of course the game room! The outside space was incredible. We really enjoyed our time in the very clean and well stocked kitchen. The entire house, both inside and outside was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again."

"This was our first trip to Hot Springs and we weren’t sure what to expect. The kids had so much fun in the lake for the first three days, that besides leaving for food, we pretty much just stayed at the house. The cove location is perfect for swimming and the kayaks were a huge bonus. The beds were cozy too. We also enjoyed playing the games and finding cool rocks. Although the rest of hot springs wasn’t super exciting we all agreed that we would come back to stay at this sweet lake house again....

"It was neat, a bit dated, ceiling fans need caked on dust removed, great location, a bird’s nest is tucked away in the corner of the front entrance- each time you enter & leave the mother bird flies away- a bit scary. Peaceful deck to watch golfers go by!Overall convenient location "

"The property has plenty of space for multiple guests even sleeping single. Great location for friends for golf trip. Host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Would definitely recommend for others and will be using them again in future trips. Only negative is curb appeal doesn't match interior of house. Water pressure in showers was fantastic everybody agreed."
