"These hosts have thought of everything! What an amazing space for a family vacation. This home is beautiful and the location is just perfect. We especially enjoyed the face that there are 4 bedrooms with king size beds! We have very big men in our family so that allowed us to all sleep so comfortably. This rental far exceeded our expectations. Thank you guys so much!"

"The most beautiful property in the area! The river, sunsets, peacefulness, tranquility, and spaciousness of the guest home was a dream. We enjoyed every second of our stay. The host, Robin, is professional and so very kind. This property is well maintained and beautiful. Loved watching the birds and barges going up and down the river. We will visit again here. Thank you Robin for sharing your guesthouse with others to enjoy the beauty of the Arkansas River. "

"We had a great experience. Check in was easy and went very smoothly. The house was exactly as advertised and very clean. We had an issue with the dish washer, but Cor worked to fix it immediately. The kitchen appliances all work well. I am sure most people don't like to cook on vacation, but I do. It would be helpful to have a large fry pan, instead of the small ones."

"The property has plenty of space for multiple guests even sleeping single. Great location for friends for golf trip. Host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Would definitely recommend for others and will be using them again in future trips. Only negative is curb appeal doesn't match interior of house. Water pressure in showers was fantastic everybody agreed."

"Instead of taking grandchildren to Florida for our end of summer trip we went to Magic Springs and our four day stay was pleasurable! John was very attentive to my questions and comments. Kids enjoyed game area and being able to grill was very good! We like to stay in newer homes and this one was a great choice!"
