"This place is like HIGHWAY ROBBERY. After a 13 hour international flight, standing in lines for four hours and having my connecting flight cancelled, I scheduled a room at this place, drowsily thinking that I had the same day selected.
I was about to get a taxi to go there and stay the night and realized that it was set for a day later (which my flight would be at that time). I called this place and it gave a voice message error talking about network issues on their end. After a few attempts...
