"I don’t usually write bad feedback But this place is run down, ripped curtains full ashtrays outside every room The grounds are not maintained The worse thing was the staff Spitting Everywhere , pretty disgusting We stayed 2 nights only because I had paid as the property looked beautiful on the website I asked for some clean towels They gave me 1 What the heck Sorry but this place has gone to the pack"

"Run by a sweet elderly couple, the bath, kitchenette and linens were very clean. However, the carpeting was not and the facility could use a good freshening up. It is very convenient to everything in Martinborough and was inexpensive."

"Had a great stay here with my wife. Really nice to be right in the square with restaurants and shops close by. Our room was really nice and the house keeping was great for the two days we were there. Our room had a really sunny deck to relax on which was appreciated. We ate at the union restaurant and we were well looked after there too. Was a relaxing stay would highly recommend."

"As they say - little things count! Positives - lovely location/ setting, great value breakfast Negativities/ fridge didn’t work so milk left for me curdled 🤔, glasses and coffee ☕️ cup selection limited ( $20 at the Sally’s would sort that out ) & no toilet paper 🤔"

"The beds were comfortable. The milk was frozen. The shower confusing, time consuming, inconsistent and very temperamental. Batteries in the aircon remote were flat so the room was quite cold without the extra heating so could do with some spare blankets, luckily we bought one with us. We stayed in room G4 the Family room with ensuite, which is the only roadside accesible room and you cant access the rest of the building through this door. There needs to be a little more signage to indicate this...

"Staff were really helpful we weren't sure if we would make it before reception closed so I sent them a message they called me back with an alternative option. We did manage to get there in time & they checked if we had everything we needed"
