"The care that has gone into renovating the historic pumphouse is amazing. It is bright and inviting and everything about it makes you feel at home. Anything you might need is right at your fingertips. The view of Lake Superior is what drew us to it to see the gales and we were not disappointed! Highly recommend."

"Our stay was fantastic! Hosts did a great job. Nice to have the beach there, but no fault to owners, there's a fence in front of the rental placed by the city; it hindered the beauty and our access to the water after sauna. And we'd hoped to have a fire to roast marshmallows; not sure why that's not permitted (?). But we really enjoyed a sunrise beach walk and seeing the Queen of the Lakes, Paul R. Tregurtha, come into port. Great experience! We enjoyed our stay."
