"The location was on point. So close to the beach!! Groceries and lots of dining options very close by!! The grounds were well landscaped and maintained. Lots of parking available on site. Staff were friendly. The building was a little outdated as far as decor but clean and very “beachy” feel. The room was exactly as advertised and perfect!! All appliances operational and clean. Amazing balcony/ocean view!! My only issue with the room is that the Murphy bed and fold out couch bed would be on top...

"Such a cute property. Our "room" was a nice size living room a totally separate kitchen area with a full size fridge, dining table, two burner stove top and microwave. It also came with utensils/plates/cups, etc. A little welcome package with cookies/cofffee/chips and two bottles of water were also left for us upon arrival. Location is one block to the beach...GREAT location. Communication for check in was via email...and very detailed. Would HIGHLY recommend this location. "

"The apartment was pristine, well furnished and equipped. The walk-in closet was huge enough to store multiple suitcases. The property had several amenities and was very close to beaches, shopping, dining and entertaining."

"The property was nice and easy access instructions. Overall the stay was great despite a few hiccups that arose that was out of their control, however the host responded very quickly to all issues in a kind and friendly manner and often followed up to assure everything was okay. The only other complaint I would have is that there is no guest parking, only the one space assigned for the unit."

"location was good but my view was not. I looked into the parking lot even though it said pool view. Flooring in bedroom is starting to lift. Tip envelopes are in the kitchen and living area even though service is not provided. "

"Isle of Venice will not disappoint! It is near the beach, restaurants and whatever you may want to do. The property manager was super nice and upgraded me for free because it was my 14 yr anniversary. The place is very clean and spacious. I have no complaints! I will definitely recommend. "

"Sea step s is a reasonably prices place to stay in Pompano beach. The rooms are well worn but kept up well. The kitchens are a great perk helping keep your costs down by not having to eat every meal out($$). Plus you have somewhere to store some ice cream treats for those hot muggy days (all of them.) pool is clean and well kept "

"Emerald Seas is in an amazing location with excellent service. The building is a bit older and outdated but very very clean and the amenities are great. Steps away from the beaxh and close dedicated free parking! I would most definitely stay there again !"
