"Had a wonderful stay, met every expectation. The location and amenities are incredible. Will book again."

"We had the absolute best time. The house was right on the water, and it made it very easy for us to leave our boat in the slip during the course of our stay. The property was clean and well-kept, and there were enough amenities for us to either cook inside the little house or go out to eat and have a place to put the leftovers. "This property does not disappoint! Stayed with a group of 8 and had plenty of comfortable space for all. The owners are super nice, very proactive and responsive. The home is beautiful and the views from the back patio are some of the best we have seen in Parker. A/C works awesome on both floors. It was 114 degrees during our stay and everyone was very comfortable. The accessible "in-law suite" on the first floor was perfect for my parents to relax and get quiet time away when needed. "House is super cute and well appointed. We had an issue with the fridge, but Jeremy was very responsive and quick to come up with a solution and also got a technician out the next day. Would absolutely stay here again! Our kids loved the arcade games!"

"If you have a big / extended family and friends this house is big enough for them to have separate areas. Our family had the best time at the house. Everything we needed was at the house, all we needed to bring was food and clothing. The house also has soft water and filtered water/ice throughout. Pool and spa were extremely perfect, some of us stayed in for hours at a time. Kellie the host was very responsive and helped with anything that was needed."
