"The house had lots of space for multiple groups. Extremely clean. Close to a public pool and the hospital. Nice quiet neighborhood."

"My family is moving to a different state and we have cats. They were super nice and allowed us to have all of our cats with us. I believe I talked to the owner who lives in the house next to it and he was very nice and even let my son get an egg from their chickens. "

"Monica is so amazing! Anything we needed, she answered the phone and fixed it! I did get my back windshield bashed in and the security cameras that were advertised, did not work:( The house could use a few more amenities like kitchen towels, pot holders, salt and pepper, oil etc. "

"We had a great time staying at this property. It's very unique condo with a ton of space. We were also pleased to find Caffé 11th Avenue for awesome breakfast only a couple block away on the same street."

"Our second year staying here for our annual friends weekend. Great house with everything we could need. Lots of room for everyone, fully stocked kitchen, and the pool! Had a minor issue but the host immediately had someone out to take care of it. Overall, a great stay. We will be back!"

"We were in town for 4 nights for a conference. This location is just perfect as a quiet, comfortable place to rest and recoup after busy conference days. It's a beautiful place, and the back patio was a wonderful addition to the spaces we could sit and unwind. Kitchen is well appointed, beds are very comfortable. "The Carriage House was as represented on VRBO. I felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Very nice deck for morning coffee, yoga, meditation and large, beautiful trees surrounding the property. I felt like I had my privacy. Parking was easy. Everything was thought of - from coffee making to hot plate, well equipped kitchen, easy wi-fi access, TV, even a heated bathroom floor. I will come and stay again when visiting Yakima. "
