The general property condition was very good, not excellent, but very good. My room had a bathtub and the first time I stepped into it, I almost crashed and fell. The tub was extremely slick with not rubber bath matt. I had to hang onto the grab bar the whole time I was taking my shower...NOT an experience I want to repeat. Both the furnished shampoo container and the conditioner containers were empty. The bathtub at the back had a rust spot about the size of a quarter, but that didn't particularly bother me.
The next morning I went down to the front desk and they brought up a bath matt (thank God!) and new shampoo and conditioner supplies. The new shampoo worked and the conditioner container would not...I gave up.
On the other hand, the breakfast was normal for a motel and the coffee was actually very good.
I have stayed at the Best Western down the street in Parker and this is better, just not a lot better if you can get a room on the first floor at the Best Western - they don't have an elevator at the Best Western and the steps are steep!
