"As pictured, this quaint cozy cottage was perfect for our brief stay in Le Claire. Kristy is a terrific host-quick to respond to the questions we had. An easy walk to shops and dining, the cottage is in a quiet neighborhood with a lovely deck. The kitchen is well equipped and thoughtfully organized and the bathroom is plenty roomy and has a terrific shower head. If in the area, we will definitely stay again."

"We were infested by mayflies inside, had to leave after second day of 4 day stay...trying to get partial refund. rotten wood on bottom of door open to outside. trash in yard, filthy dishes in kitchen, fish hooks in carpet. didn't know it was upstairs only until day before we got there, which was difficult for my wife. I doubt this place would pass an inspection!"

"To be able to cook, visit with family and provide a comfortable place for my daughter to come to after her surgery. I couldn't have asked for anything better, cleaner or more convenient in this property. I look forward to my next stay there!"

"The property was very clean and nicely furnished. The beds were very comfortable.Aside from the VRBO glitch that failed to provide us with the door code, there were few notable issues - unless I was to mention the extremely low water pressure in the shower."

"Great house. We were on a 12 man golf trip and the place was perfect. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms, short rides to where we needed to go, and Chris was an excellent host. A, highly recommend. "
