The place is exactly as listed and the location is fantastic! We had 11 adults and there was enough room for everyone without feeling over crowded. Property manager was very nice and very responsive when I had questions. Would absolutely stay here again.

A great ski vacation with our children and grandchildren. The townhouse was as advertised…lots of room to spread out. Kitchen is well stocked, beds comfortable and plenty of towels. Loved the hot tub…used it every day after skiing. It was a long walk to the cabriolet…especially with a 3 year old. Sonja was a pleasure to deal with…promptly answering every question we had. Would absolutely return on our next trip to the Canyons.

This house couldn’t have been more perfect! We had two families on this trip, one with a baby, and the layout of the house was perfect! The basement with two bedrooms made it perfect for the family with a baby to get away from the crowds and have a perfect space to themselves. The giant laundry room made it easy for our group to take off their skis and boots at the door without tracking mud and snow around. The location was perfect and definitely an easy walk to the closest lift. And the hot tub on the porch was the best part! The house was spotless when we arrived and was stocked with every essential we could have needed. Sonja was very helpful and responsive to texts and calls. Overall, 5 stars, and would highly recommend this house to anyone!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was large enough for multiple families and it was located just across the stress from one of the ski area bases. We were somewhat disappointed to find they didn’t have an air conditioner, but I doubt this is a problem the majority of the year. We really loved the hot tub and all of the extra board games the property had available. We would most definitely stay here again!

Overall this unit worked very well. Just one item of note, the basement shower drain needs to be cleaned. During a single shower, the water would fill up in the tub to about the ankles. This needs to be corrected. Again overall it worked out great.

Wonderful property for large group (we were 12 people, 3 families with teenagers), we especially appreciated the basement rooms and living room for our teenagers to relax after ski, the short walking distance to the cabriolet and the fully equipped kitchen ... and the hot tub of course ! Great rental and very reactive property manager, we’ll come back !

Overall we had a great stay. The property was in an excellent location in a quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants and stores. Beautiful places to walk. Lots of space in the home for children to roam and play and explore. Beds were comfortable. There were a few amenities missing like a blender top and the can opener didn't work, but overall a nice place to get away with kids. Very comfortable :)

This is a nice location right across the highway from the Canyons. The condo has room for a crowd & ample seating. Our few complaints were that it was set up more for a winter ski group than a summer one. There was no bbq, no a/c (which was stated in the listing) and no outdoor seating which would have been nice on the front deck or upper balcony.

This property is great, we had a large group come in for my daughters wedding and the space was great. It was nice having two living spaces and the bedroom set up was perfect for us. Our only compliant was it got a little warm during the day with no air conditioning, but it did cool off nice at nite. Also sonja was great to work with,.

We recently had a group of 9 of us stay in this place. We were all very happy with the accommodations! There is plenty of space for everyone throughout the 3 levels. There also is all the basic kitchen appliances you need to save some cash by cooking meals at the place. The highlights were the proximity to the gondola, which is about a 2-3 block walk, the new tv and the hot tub. You can’t beat the convenience of walking to the gondola! It also is only a short Uber ride to Main Street to hit the town for a night, which was another plus. Lastly, working with Sonja was great. She always responded back in a timely manner if we had any questions. She did her best to accommodate our group to get another day on the mountain the day we were scheduled to fly home even though she had renters coming in that same night. Much appreciated. If you’re in park city to hit the mountain this is a great spot, I would recommend it to anyone.

There is only a fireplace to heat the downstairs level so it got cold. Space heaters are not practical with young children. The loft has two tiny beds and I wouldn’t feel comfortable putting children on the steep ladder you need to climb to get to it. Hot tub is nice and large kitchen table helped with our crowd.

The house was very nice! The location was awesome about a 5 minute walk to the Canyons Gondola or 2 minute walk out the back door to the pink bus route. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and spices. I would highly recommend this place to anyone (especially bigger groups).

This townhouse was perfect for our mini family reunion! There are plently of bedrooms and I especially liked having two dining tables in the kitchen. The only small downside was that there is no air conditioning. But it cooled off nicely after dark. I would definitely stay there again!
