This charming and elegant mountain retreat features a tasteful interior decor with gorgeous and subtle wooden touches throughout that will help you leave all of your worries behind and focus only on relaxing and having fun in the mountains. Gather around the oversized fireplace and listen to the fire crackle as you and your guests plan tomorrow's adventure or watch your favorite movies on the flatscreen TV. At the end of your fantastic day, sit back and relax in your private outdoor hot tub and take delight in the marvelous views of the complex.

What’s nearby:
Ideally located in the Silver Lake Village at Deer Valley, this condo is ski-in/ski-out for the winter season and easy access to mountain biking and hiking trails for summer. Endless outdoor activities await you here. You will be pampered with fine dining options, top-of-the-line sportswear shops, and Deer Valley’s signature boutique store for your convenience within the Silver Lake Village. Located three miles from historic Main Street in Park City, a car is recommended. However, you may also take the Park City Transportation by using the #4 Orange bus which runs every 30 minutes at 22 and:52 after the hour, directly to the Old Town Transit Hub on Main Street. The bus stop is located outside the building on Royal Street, outside ColeSport. The bus is free. You'll find an array of activity options at Deer Valley Resort and Park City Mountain Resorts, along with Historic Main Street options such as the Park City Museum, shops, and top-rated dining for your pleasure. Downtown Park City (three miles up north) offers even more dining and entertainment options that include the Egyptian Theatre and plenty of art galleries.

- As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 7am-9pm.

Parking Details:
- Parking for the Mont Cervin Plaza is located in the Silver Lake Village parking garage. You'll receive a QR code via email to scan at the entrance gate. Park in the designated parking spot for your unit.
- Free parking for one car. Additional parking costs $50/day per car.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

Location, location, location

The interior is a little dated, but this is a roomy, 2 BR, 1.5 BA, with W/D. The best thing about it by far is the location: the condo building is literally adjacent to the Silver Lake Lodge and lift. It's not ski in/ski out, but you are skiing less than 2 minutes after you leave your condo. Decent restaurants nearby too. High.y recommended.

Great location

This was our second time staying in the same building, and the accommodation was exactly what we expected. The unit was clean and stocked with all the essentials. We were right in the middle of this cluster of buildings, and very close to everything.We used their grocery order, but it wasn’t the best. The ice cream was completely melted into liquid, so that was a waste of money. For such an expensive service, I expect better.Overall, we loved staying there, and plan on going back.

Great location

Had to move out of our house to remediate a water leak. This was close to our house so we rented. The location and ease of in and out were great. It was middle of summer and a little warm as it has no ac but not unbearable. We be awesome in winter for skiing. Ample clean linens and towels. Some reviews complained about parking but we have suv and the in and out was easy and designated space located convenient to elevator.

Deer Valley Condo needed a rehab in 2020

The condo just needed an update, fireplace barely worked, dishwasher no longer washes, kitchen sink faucets all loose, old pans, old mattresses, etc. it’s in a great spot, but for the price, should have been updated.

Wonderful property for a girls ski trip. Smooth easy and dependable are first reactions when I think of our experience. Coopers has seemingly thought of everything! We appreciated their concierge services of recommending Staceys for grocery delivery and Four Seasons for shuttling us to and from the airport. The condo was well-equipped and offered quick and easy access to the slopes. We look forward to coming back!
