This luxury 2 bed room, 2 bath condo is in the heart of Historic Park City. Its spacious living, dining & gourmet kitchen areas invite you to cozy up and socialize. But just walk out your front door and be surrounded by restaurants, shops, art galleries and entertainment that beckon you to stroll Main St and Park Ave, enjoying all that Old Town has to offer.

Walk across the street to hop onto Park City Town Ski Lift, or to the free shuttle to Deer Valley, Park City Mountain base, grocery stores, day spas, fitness centers, and for thrills Utah Olympic Park. Ski/hike/bike into Town Lift and be home! Choices, choices, choices! Easy access by car as well as shuttle, and our building provides secure underground parking if you choose to drive in the Park City area.

Winter wonderland/Summer fun........: Park City is home to 2 world class ski resorts; Park City Mountain and Deer Valley Resort. The resorts and surrounding areas offer miles of runs from beginner to double black diamond bowls on Utah's famous powder for winter and miles for summer hiking and biking. Adventures abound in Park City: WINTER..skiing, boarding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, ice skating, tubing, sleigh rides, sledding, hot air ballooning, gondola rides SUMMER.. outdoor concerts, garner's markets, hiking, mountain biking, in town biking, e-biking, wine and food events, and more. Olympic Park experiences are offered year round: tours, bobsled rides, ski jump, luge, skeleton lessons, Ropes courses, aerialists demonstrations, and more!! Always ART, ART, ART! All of these adventures are accessible in minutes from our condo.

Ski, Board, Hike, Bike, Shop, Drop..............: After all the fun activities of the day, whether on the mountains or in the town, our condo is a great dropping off place! The spacious living area w/ gas fireplace, is an inviting apres ski mingling or recovery spot while dinner is being contemplated, prepared or delivered. The gourmet kitchen and bar area are connected so no one is left out of the after ski gatherings/ story tellings. The double steam shower and/or the deep jacuzzi tub will relax, refresh and reinvigorate you for the nights entertainment.....whether enjoying music, theater, dining on Main St or cuddling up next to the fireplace in front of the big screen TV.Walk to your heart's desires.....................:

Walk out the front door on to Main Street. with art galleries, shops, day spas, museums, fine dining at world-class restaurants , coffee shops, souvenirs, libations, music... right out your door with over 200 restaurants, pubs, shops and galleries in Historic Old Town!!!

Want some winter privacy... head to the master bedroom's office/sitting area and curl up with a good book or watch TV in front of the gas fireplace. Or summer relaxing.... pick up a meal or have it delivered for time on the balcony people watching on Main Street.

At all times stay connected in our WiFi networked environment, checking emails on our HP desktop w/ Microsoft Office, printer, and supplies. Or bring your own laptop - work space for set up is available.

Perfect for our family ski trip

This place is amazing and is 100% as advertised. From booking through checkout, everything was seamless and the hosts and communication were great. Ideal location to hit the slopes from the Town Lift and then dine in the evening, all without needing to get in the car. Cannot recommend enough!

Great condo w/ easy walk to Town Lift

The condo is in great condition and came stocked with the basics for a 5 day stay. Location is perfect for walking to the Town Lift and to dinner after skiing. Only waring we have is that Main Street can be noisy at night and early morning, but our white noise app on our phone drowned it all out!

Perfect location

This is our second year at this property and we love it. It is the perfect location for shopping, restaurants, and the ski lift. We love the underground parking and downstairs access to ski rentals. It couldn't be better!

Spectacular condo - location and every detail about the accommodation were perfect!

Perfect location on Main Street and condo was spectacular- every detail was so well appointed for everything a guest would need or want! Wonderful experience and definitely will lease again!

Perfect all around!

Ideal location along with a very well maintained and appointed condo. Great communication with owner. If anything, maybe better than advertised. Such a satisfying experience with absolutely no complaints or criticisms…all positive.

Perfect location, generous amenities, huge condo!

First of all, it’s a beautiful place in a perfect location. We rent a lot of properties and have never had a place that was soooo clean (even the drawers where the pots and pans are was spotless) or a host that was so generous with amenities (Colleen provided tide pods, dishwasher tabs, lots of soap, lotion, paper products). It was a pleasure to stay in this very comfortable and luxurious home. Kitchen exceptionally well appointed… from chip clips to coffee scoops to serving dishes she has it all! Thanks Colleen!

Great place to stay. Location is perfect. Everything is walkable. Bus stop to the ski basin is right around the corner. Property owner and her team were very responsive. Condo was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Would highly recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful condo, great location

What an amazing condo to spend time in! From the moment we booked to the time we checked out everything was smooth and easy. The owner was quick to respond to any questions and address any issues we had prior to and during our stay. The condo itself is amazing! We had 2 couples and the bedrooms are both large and separated by the common living space. So many large windows everywhere to check out the happenings on Main Street in the front as well as getting the view of the mountainside trail coming down to Town Lift in the rear. The balcony is spacious and makes for a great photo spot. Modern, comfortable furniture throughout. Quality appliances and electronics. Oh- and the bath towels are fluffy and soft! The uderground parking was a big plus as it snowed almost 20 inches in 2 days during our stay. Location on Main Street is perfect for a quick walk to Town Lift for skiing as well as to the amazing restaurants and shopping. Later in the evening we did hear the pedestrian street noise and early in the morning we could hear the snow plow and delivery truck noise but it definitely wasn't bad enough to keep us from wanting to stay here again in the future. Using the sound machine app on our iPad did a great job of cancelling out any outside noise.

Everything you could want!

We are so thankful that we found Coleen's Town Lift Condo! It was absolutely perfect in every way. The location was killer - we could walk to the Town Lift (easy easy walk with skis, even in ski boots), across the street was Butcher's Chop House restaurant and a few blocks away was Riverhorse. Atticus Coffee is amazing (get their Mexican Mocha) and some great shopping is right across the street. The underground parking was a great perk as well. Inside the condo, the kitchen is well appointed and had everything we needed to cook in for breakfast and a few dinners. We LOVED the steam shower in one of the main bedrooms and the other one had a jacuzzi tub. The beds were super comfy and there were tons of extra towels and blankets available. Wifi worked well and the living and dining space was really comfortable. Coleen as a host was very responsive and nice. I'm thankful we didn't need anything from her while we were there and I feel confident she should have helped us if we did. We are absolutely considering coming back and will stay here again in the future for sure. Don't miss this place!

A dream location, great views and layout

We stayed here for a week with another couple and had a great time. It was a perfect location for us since we downhill skied every day and they skied two days with us, then they were able to shop, hike, snowshoe, and visit museums and galleries from our central location in town. It was awesome to be able to walk to dinner every night. You can uber, bus or do instacart for groceries. Only downside is being in town, we recommend a white noise sound machine due to the late night revelry and early morning snow scraping. Could also use black out curtains or take an eye shade to sleep. The views from all the windows are wonderful but do let in some streetlights at night. The management was incredibly responsive and easy to work with. Watching the snow fall in front of the fireplace on the beautiful streetscape was like a dream. LOVE this place!!

Great time just too NOISY!

Overall our stay was great.. the only thing that I would consider next time is the noise level from outside. Every morning at around 6:00am, garbage and delivery trucks could be heard in both rooms (guest and Master). After a day of skiing we wanted to be able to sleep in... That was not possible and unfortunate because everything else was great.
