Clean & Cozy

The entire home was very clean. Bedrooms were comfortable/cozy and accommodating with additional blankets & fans..as well as plenty of dressers alike to store your belongings in each room. Bathrooms were adequately stocked with towels and travel size soap, shampoo & conditioner. Kitchen was adequately stocked. Living room was cozy & perfect for a family of 8 to watch a movie. Hot tub was clean. I’m rating 4 stars because all of the showerheads & faucets have hard water build up so the sprayers are partially blocked. The gas grill was very slow to cook…maybe lack of pressure or wrong valve for the tank..the back patio could use a little TLC.

St Patty's Day annual ski trip

10 group of middle aged guys from New Hampshire and we do West ski trip every St Patty's weekend. This condo was perfectly located close to main lifts and short walk into town for dinner. Would highly recommend it!

Fantastic location to town and to ski Park City. House was equipped with everything that was needed. Clean and large. The kids loved a day in the slopes and walking back to the hot tub.

A wonderful place/great location

This was the perfect place for our family (6 adults). Lots of room to hang out. The house was clean and comfortable and the management co was was very responsive. I highly recommend. It was an easy 5 min walk downhill to the lifts at the base of PC.

Wonderful space for an extended family ski trip! Place was very clean and stocked with basic housekeeping needs. Near enough to ski school that the kids could walk back and forth. Really good!

Great House wish it was really ski in and ski out

The house is great. Located close enough to town to walk (if there isn't snow and ice everywhere) and close enough to the lofts to walk (the hill is steep and if there's snow and ice it is a bit treacherous). Wish it was truly ski in / ski out.

Great house, great location

House was great for a group of friends skiing between DV and PC! Very conveniently located, and nicely appointed and maintained. Property managers were very communicative through slight hiccups (out of their control - weather related power outages and road conditions) and we had a great stay, and are def considering coming back!

Nice stay for bachelorette weekend

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Clean and spacious for 8 of us. Attentive staff with daily check ins. Wished there were more cozy blankets in the living room area to use, but we were told by the staff about extra blankets in the upstairs bedrooms (found 1 large king size blanket). They also did charge $50 or 75 for early check in despite the unit being available and it was a snow storm….little things like coffee and tea would’ve been nice as well.

Great Stay. Extreme Comfort

We loved our stay at 1197 Lowell. Flawless execution of gaining access. Extremely comfortable. And that was the biggest most comfortable couch I have ever spent time on. Hot tub was an added bonus. Had only one special request during the day, which was responded to, and met immediately.

Perfect Accommodations

This property was perfect for our family weekend getaway. We had 4 couples and 2 kids and everyone had enough space. Everything was clean and in great working order. The communication with the host was fantastic. So close to everything and we had fun shopping at the outlets, riding the Alpine coaster, and just hanging out together in the hot tub. We would highly recommend this beautiful property!

2nd Annual Friend-a-versey

We absolutely loved the property, the location, and amenities! Our 2nd annual trip to park city was delightful! Be sure to bring your own cleaning supplies (Clorox wipes, etc) andi be sure only 2 cars (we had 4 so we had to find extra parking off property). Other than that, The bedrooms were fantastic, super clean and welcoming! We can't wait to be back next year! Thank you for a great stay!

Wonderful Place

We loved everything about this property- the location was perfect for us and the porch was a great place to sit and enjoy our morning coffee. The hot tub was enjoyed as well as the patio grill. The house had everything we needed to make our trip one to remember!

Close to slopes!

This place was terrific! We could have walked to the slopes but drove because it was easier the first day with all our gear. Spacious, great washer/dryer/hot tub/towels/linens/cozy!
