"Expedia need to work better with their affiliates. I booked for a room for 5 people and when we got there they said they don't have such room. I paid for 2 nights but did a late checked in the morning after the first night. I requested a cot then and 4 more times after that. We did not get our cot till almost 10 on our last night."

"We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the stadium and aquarium. Unfortunately, after our stay here we felt we paid way too much for what we received. "Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The only negative to the hotel is parking in front is very limited and difficult to get in and out of. The area is used mainly for drop off or check in with a parking garage available one block away. The parking garage does have reserved spots for hotel guests and your parking is validated by the hotel. "

"Clean room. Comfy bed. Nice bathroom. Friendly staff at desk and Grillfire restaurant. I was disappointed to have to pay for parking, that seems really unnecessary. Pool area was so so; it had lots of chairs, which was nice, but it needed more attention from staff — restock of towels, fix cushions, wipe tables. The water also felt kind of icky. My son enjoyed our night away, but I don’t see myself rebooking this property. "
