"The room was clean. However, the bathroom had hair in the bathtub and sink. The bathroom was quite small, so it was difficult to maneuver around. Check-in staff were lovely, but unfortunately, it went downhill quite quickly. The ladies were rude, as well as a gentleman. You would think they were being forced to work there. I stayed for 2 nights; I wouldn't return."

"Lovely lively hotel with a Starbucks in the lobby and a sports bar . They had a wedding the night we arrived so it was very busy but we had no noise issues at all on the 2nd floor in the club rooms. Very clean hotel with ample parking. Breakfast was really good and there are lots of restaurants close too. Perfect location with a tram stop close by. My family ( teen children) really enjoyed our stay and will be back 100% ."

"Very rude and unethical people,non challant and extremely dirty toilet. Room service will clean and make one side of the room and leave the rest unattended… They did it the first time,we thought it was a mistake but repeated same yesterday ,means that’s just who they are. The first thing my husband said upon our checkout was how extremely unprofessional the people were. It’s really sad and left a bitter taste in my mouth ."

Very very small bedroom closet, who h could only be opener if the bedroom door was closed. Washer/dryer in the Euro combined style that doesn’t fully dry clothes, but no drying rack provided and no real space to...
