AN ADORABLE ROOMMATE: our house is also home to our cat Mimi, sweet, discreet and very independent. She has a cat flap, a food and water vending machine, and mainly lives her life, in the garden, in complete autonomy. You won't have to take care of her, except to give her a little pet if she comes to say hello! If you don't mind the presence of a cat, it will simply be part of the charm of the house.

Upstairs, 3 spacious bedrooms await you, including an elegant master suite, for peaceful nights and all the comfort necessary for a successful stay.

Ideally located, the house is only 800 meters from the RER A station of Bry sur Marne. In less than 20 minutes, you can go directly to the heart of Paris in one direction and Disneyland Paris in the other without change.
