Nestled on the top floor of a classic Parisian Haussmann building with elevator access, this enchanting two-bedroom apartment is tucked away on the peaceful Rue du Théâtre—just moments from the Seine and its iconic riverboats. Surrounded by delightful bakeries, cafés, boutiques, and the vibrant Beaugrenelle shopping center, it offers not only charm and light, but also a captivating view of the nearby Eiffel Tower.

LIVING & DINING AREA
Awash with natural light, this uplifting space feels effortlessly relaxing with its linen sofas, cacti plants and seamless interweaving of contemporary and traditional design influences. A hand-crafted table instantly draws your attention in a dining area that enjoys a romantic view across the rooftops of the 15th arrondissement. The living room also hosts a TV.

KITCHEN
Deftly maintaining the harmonious mood with its peaceful white palette and original wood floors, the fully equipped kitchen affords you an awe-inspiring vista of the Eiffel Tower.

BEDROOMS
Arched walls and crisp whites encourage an instant sense of relaxation in the principal bedroom, ideal for late-night readers with its large bookshelf and plush double bed. Equipped with a double sofa bed and small home office area, the second bedroom is adorned with abstract and vintage art.

Loved it!

The place was amazing! we loved it all, just a heads up there isn’t really a standing shower, this didn’t bother us but definitely something to note!
