At 2 min walk from the RER station of Aulnay, in downtown, come to discover this hamlet of peace, in a beautiful old building, on the 5th floor without elevator, you will be able to say goodbye to the gym! Its old parquet floor and its open kitchen will delight you. DIRECT STADE DE FRANCE - 5 stops (13 min)

From the entrance, you will be welcomed by a superb American kitchen fully equipped (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine and its pods ...), and its island where you can eat and also share moments of conviviality.

In the living room, a 4K TV and a high speed internet access
To enjoy Netflix. Its connected tablet will also allow you to listen to your favorite songs in Bluetooth.

A dedicated office area to allow you to work in peace and quiet thanks to its top floor and double glazed windows with a view of the rooftops and the station.

In the bedroom, a large, warm and comfortable double bed to rest. In a parental suite atmosphere, you can discover the bathroom integrated to the room giving an aspet of hotel room. Fully equipped you can dry your hair, but also prepare and iron your clothes with the various equipment at your disposal (iron and ironing board, ironer)

Wonderful Apt

The apt was great. Good water pressure and lots of hot water for showers. Lots of room to spread out and it was a very secure building. Even needed a code to use the elevator. Very short walk to the Metro station which took us everywhere we wanted to go. Vanessa was very quick responding to all my inquiries and a super host. You won’t be sorry if you stay here!

Tea and chill? More hike and disruption

The location was perfect! You’re right by the train station but with that comes tons of noise every 15 minutes. Please note… this is 5 flights up. If you have any issues physical issues taking luggage up these narrow stairs is difficult. The apartment is decorated very cute. However it’s not that clean. If you are over 6ft tall, the bed is too short and you cannot shut the door on the bathroom. We won’t stay there again. Oh and there’s no tea offered to chill 😂

AWESOME PLACE TO STAY

This is a great place to stay and everyone in the neighborhood is very nice. Only 3 minute walk to the train, 35 minutes to down town, 15 minutes to CDG, and 1 hour to Disney with only one transfer. Trains run every 5 to 10 minutes. There are plenty of places to eat within a 5 minute walk and a grocery store around the corner. Apartment is clean and comfortable with everything I needed. The owners were easy to contact and gave great instructions for both check in and out. Thanks for a great stay and will be staying here again if in the area.
