Welcome to our 35 m² duplex apartment on the 2nd floor with elevator, designed for your comfort:



- 1 living room with sofa bed, 1 table with chairs, Smart TV, Wi-Fi

- 1 fully equipped open-plan kitchen (stovetop, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, washing machine)

- 1 bedroom with a double bed

- 1 bedroom with a double mattress on the mezzanine

- 1 full bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet



The cleaning fee includes fresh sheets and towels for each guest.

Cleaning is carried out by a professional cleaner.

You will only have to choose between the romantic Place des Vosges, the oldest square in Paris, the Hôtel de Ville with its grandiose architecture or the famous Picasso National Museum.

At 900m walk the covered market of Red Children located rue de Bretagne is a meeting place friendly Parisians.

To taste the best falafels in Paris, head to one of the shops in the rue des Rosiers, like the Falafel Ace at 350m on foot.

This was the most amazing location for our trip to Paris. We walked to everything! There were so many cute restaurants and bars within a few minutes of the place and the metro was less than 10 minutes away. The neighborhood was charming and we looked forward to returning home each night. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We were two friends staying there, and we each had a comfortable bed. The host was so friendly, made check in and out easy, and was responsive. I would 100% stay there again.

While the apartment was at great location that is close to many sites and great restaurants, the building was under construction, and the stairs and hallways in the building were uneven and in rubbish, that mu. ice fell down once on the stairs due to tripping on uneven surface.

The location was fantastic. So many things within walking distance. It was on a beautiful narrow street. Unloading was difficult with no parking nearby. We rented space to park in a nearby garage. A car is not useful here. The pictures are accurate and display the apartment well, but the space was cramped for four people. Being in such a busy area also means there is noise from the street. Not unexpected, but something to remember. Overall, you can’t beat the location.

We loved the location in Le Marais! The apartment was cozy, so clean and it felt like we were locals. The owner was a fantastic communicator, helped us with our accommodation needs and booked our driver from the airport. The location was superb! We were close to a market, boulangerie and several wonderful cafes. My teens loved having their own spaces. Thank you so much!

Great property for Two people Max!

Great location! Just know that the place is SMALL! There were 4 of us and we were tripping all over each other. Only 1 teen would stay in the loft due to the size and the stairs being propped up by coasters. Then while she was sleeping up there, part of the wall fell off and onto her. So the other teen opted to sleep on the pullout sofa. Problem there is - it takes up the whole living space. So much so that you need to hang onto the staircase to slide your legs past the small space between the bed and stairs to get to the bathroom. If the sofa bed is out - the bathroom is hard to get to. We also had 4 suit cases and that took up with little room was left. Like I said, great location and this apartment would be great for 2 people, who can sleep in the one bed, and not have to use the loft or pullout sofa.

This is a great apartment in a bustling area of the Marais. Comfortable beds, small but really all you need. Great bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. We loved it!

Traveling with teen?

Loft bed gave teen privacy; door& curtain gave it to adults. Convenient location for walking, metro & late afternoon rest stop after daytime outings. Great neighborhood for allowing teen to wander (lots of used clothing shops-cheaper than vintage) when adults wanted an hour in a cafe.

Perfect location, perfect flat

The location is absolutely perfect. so close to cafes, restaurants, shopping, market, etc. The flat was perfect for our family of 5. Very small but perfect for what we needed for a week.
