Living area



The studio is arranged around a pleasant living space filled with natural light thanks to the many windows running along the apartment.



The convertible sofa easily transforms the living area into a sleeping space for two guests. A coffee table, TV and a few decorative touches complete this comfortable space, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Paris.



The 20 m² layout has been cleverly optimised. A desk and chair are positioned near the windows, making it convenient for working or studying, while a large wardrobe provides useful storage, especially for longer stays.



Kitchen



Open to the main living area, the kitchenette is equipped with cooking hobs, a sink, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and kettle.



A wooden counter with two seats serves as both a dining area and a natural separation from the living room. This compact layout makes it easy to prepare meals while keeping the main space welcoming and comfortable.



Bathroom



The bathroom is compact and functional, with a well-optimised layout. It includes a shower, toilet, washbasin area, heated towel rail and a small window providing welcome natural light and ventilation.

Saint-Georges metro station, line 12: a convenient option for travelling directly towards Madeleine and Concorde, with easy onward access to Saint-Germain-des-Prés and Montparnasse.



Blanche metro station, line 2: located near the Moulin Rouge, it provides easy access towards the Arc de Triomphe and the other neighbourhoods served by line 2.

- Subject to availability, we offer luggage storage and late check-out options for your convenience.



- To ensure the protection and proper maintenance of the property, a mandatory security deposit of €750 will be required following the confirmation of your booking.



As part of our standard guest verification process, guests may be required to choose one of the following options prior to check-in to cover any accidental damage that may occur during their stay:



* A non-refundable Damage Waiver of 8 EUR per night,

OR

* A refundable 750 EUR Security Deposit



If you choose the Security Deposit option, please note the following:



💳 A temporary authorization hold will be placed on your payment method 2 days before check-in.

✅ If no damage is reported, the hold will be automatically released 2 days after check-out.

🔁 For longer stays, the authorization hold will be renewed every 7 days to ensure coverage for the full duration of your reservation.
