quiet and comfortable studio steps away from le marais

This fully equipped studio is one block away from le marais at the saint sebastien froissard metro station, line 8. it is located on the back side at the second level (third american) of a modern building with two elevators and has a view on a garden. the area is very safe residential, It is 28 square meters or around 280 square feet.

The studio consists of a main room with a full size comfortable queen size bed ( 160 * 200 cm or 64 * 80 inches ), a bathroom with shower, toilets and basin and a fully equipped kitchen. there are plenty of closets and a table for two. The studio is facing a garden and offers full silence ( you can sleep with the window open),
The apartment comes with free WI-Fi and free cable TV.

The all-inclusive rental fee covers quality linens and towels.

The location is very convenient to tour Paris. It is a walking distance (less than five minutes) to Le Marais, Bastille square and Republique square. You can then access metro hubs easily ( Republique and Bastille ) and go just eveywhere in paris directly without changing lines. And you are only 15 minutes walking to the very center of Paris, chatelet.

The area is trendy and residential. The building is located on the rue amelot which is a quiet street still with cafes and restaurants.
Down the building there is a large supermarket ( carrefour market).

Please be aware of the contractual 40 euro for any check in before 1200pm and after 900pm. If the apartment is not rented the night before the 40 euro applies in all cases. If the apartment is rented the night before we do not charge the early check in, we can check you in starting 1000am, keep your luggage but ask you to leave the apartment until the cleaning is finished i.e., around 1200pm.

Location was perfect, close to restaurants, shops, metro, great market. Apartment had good facilites for laundry and cooking, safe building, instant communication with host. Comfortable bed. Really enjoyed walking around the neighborhood - hardly had to use my metro pass. Would stay here again.

Amazing experience. Exceptional flat in the heart of Le Marais. Everything you need is very close by (e.g., groceries, cafes, restaurants, shops, transport). The flat itself was great. Amenities like w/d, kitchenette, condiments were nice. View from the bedroom window was tranquil. Olivier was communicative throughout the process and very helpful in providing details about the flat. Hope to stay here again soon!

Comfortable efficiency a little over a mile from Notre Dame. Because it did not have air conditioning we had to sleep with the window open and sometimes nearby smokers made the smell of cigarette smoke strong.

Great location and very comfortable!

This property was exactly what we needed for our week in Paris. Listing description is accurate. Perfect size for 2 people and very close to metro. We cooked in the kitchen, made coffee, did laundry, and slept very well with the room darkening blinds and comfortable mattress. Very quiet space. Many cafes close by and a grocery store in the building made it very convenient to grab supplies.

Apartment in 11th Arr.

This apartment was exactly what I needed to enjoy Paris as a solo traveler. It is close to the Marais area and two metro lines, making it easy to connect to anywhere in Paris. Olivier was a fantastic host with excellent communication. The apartment matched the description perfectly and being close to the Carrefour market was quite helpful.

4 night stay in Paris walkable to attractions and many good restaurants

Check in with Oliver was smooth and he provided some great tips on local bars and restaurants. This studio apartment was clean and a good size for a short stay with 2 people. The grocery store, coffee shops and restaurants are steps away. The neighbourhood felt safe and quiet at night. Loved the black out blinds were great for sleeping

Great Stay for our week exploring Paris

This is a great European sized studio apartment and perfect accommodations/ location for my husband and I to explore Paris. Oliver met us at the apartment to give us keys and a rundown on the apartment which was helpful. The room has a comfortable queen bed (plenty of linens & towels), a small cute table with 2 chairs, 2 nightstands, ottoman, large tv, storage cart and large sliding glass window with electrical light blocking shades & a large wall length mirrored closet. The entry way into the apartment is a galley styled kitchen, equipped with a full size apt. refrigerator, microwave, a Mr Coffee style coffee maker, microwave oven, 2 burner stove, sink and nicely stocked cabinets. We did not cook in but everything is there if we wanted to, even some staples. The nice size bathroom is just to the left of the entryway with good shower. The washer dryer unit was located in the bathroom. The elevator was a big plus after a long day. Grocery store is just around the corner and great for anything you need. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants within 1-6 blocks PLUS at least 4 Metro stations are within half mile so getting around Paris is a breeze once you learn how to use the system. For the money, is a great find!

Inaccurate discription

Inaccurate discription and very small. The water was turned off all day on our second day stay. We were refunded but it was a huge inconvenience. We had ti buy extra water just to flush the toilet that we were not refunded for. I wouldnt recommend this place at all. The place didnt match the photes on line.

A really well appointed apartment and great location

The apartment was better than described. Right from the first meeting with the agent who showed me how to operate everything. Very well equipped. The location was ideal I walked every day and was able to fix meals with ease when I wanted in the apartment. Overall this is an ideal rental, one I want to rent again.
