Enjoy being in Paris.

Great apartment in a nice and well located area, 4th floor with elevator. 10 minutes from the city center of Paris Chatelet Halls by Subway (RER D).
The flat has all the necessary equipment and facilities to accomodate 8 people in 3 bedrooms:
1 bedroom with double bed + 1 single bed
1 bedroom with double bed
1 bedroom with 4 single beds.

According to your request a cot and children's bed can be added.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
Sheets and towels are provided for all beds. It's newly remodeled with a well-equipped kitchen, dishwasher, induction cooktop with four-piece cooker, refrigerator, and washing machine). 2 Spacious bathroom with shower and heater.
Free wireless internet is included.
This is a non-smoking apartment.

Parking is available, in front of the building (11 €) per day, Weekend free.
RER station D (Stade de France) is nearby, 2 minutes walk, it gets you to the city center of châtelet the halls in 10 minutes, Paris Gare du Nord (5 minutes) and Gare de Lyon (15 minutes).
Also RER B line is nearby, 07 minutes walk away, it leads directly to the center of Paris in 10 minutes, to Charles-de-Gaulle airport 20 minutes, and to Orly airport 35 minutes.
The apartment is located in a very nice area and quiet neighborhood, with everything you need within walking distance to a small supermarket that's open from 7 am to 10pm.

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung, Weingläser haben wir nachgekauft und dafür da gelassen. Es gibt kleine Reparaturen (Unterbau Licht in der Küche, Spülung des einen WCs und die Lüftung am Balkonfenster), welche den Aufenthalt noch besser machen würden. Die Lage mit Zugriff auf die ÖV und der Monoprix gleich um die Ecke ist perfekt! Die Baustelle für die U-Bahn ist natürlich auch teilweise hörbar, aber das ist ja nur temporär sonst sehr ruhig da. Sehr netter Host.

Plenty of space for a family, everyone can have their privacy. Beds were clean and comfortable, and everything worked but many items were in need of repair or replacement, such as the front door lock which many have trouble with. The location has easy access to Metro line 14 and the RER D train, as well as a small grocery store and a few restaurants, but otherwise it is a residential area with not much going on.

Comfortable apartment in an excellent location

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment and would recommend. Fabulous location so close to several Metro stations allowing very quick travel into the city centre. Apartment was well-equipped and comfortable for a family of five. Mokke was an excellent host and the checking-in instructions were very helpful (including essential instructions regarding unlocking the front door).

Great location and wonderful apartment

My family and I booked this location to stay at while vacationing in Paris. I started looking for something very close and cost effective which I could not find.This property was still available and we booked it and we would do it again. It turned out to be a great location and very easy to get to by public transportation. We used Google Maps to plan out activities in and around Paris and had no issues getting where we were going very quickly. The apartment was well maintained and the host was very responsive and helpful when we asked any questions. There was great food, grocery shopping, parks and other places within walking distance. My family would stay there again if we come back to Paris in the future.

Great location

We had a very nice stay at Mokke's apartment. We had enough space for 5 and the kitchen was well equipped for what we needed. The apartment provided easy access to the RER and metro. We used the City Mapper app and easily navigated the city. The apartment does provide easy access to groceries and restaurants. Wouod stay here again

Ein Wochenende in Paris

Ich war mit meiner Schwester in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, trotzdem sind Metro und Bahn schnell erreichbar und ein kleiner Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke. Sehr empfehlenswert für eine solche Reise.

Hard to get in; communication about getting around was poor; no instructions for TV; old slippers greeted us; slippery furniture; toilet did not refill until we figured out the water was turned off and then the toilet leaked.

Nicht die erwartete Wohnung

Ich kann nichts über die Wohnung schreiben, die ich gebucht hatte, da es mit der Wohnung ein Problem gab konnten wir nicht in die gebuchte Wohnung. Der Vermieter hat uns aber eine andere Wohnung angeboten, die im gleichen Gebiet war. Sie war etwas kleiner als die gebuchte, aber schön. Leider hatte sie nur ein Bad und eine Toilette. Aber der Mieter war höfflich und die Wohnung sauber. Von dem Gebiet aus kommt man super ins Zentrum von Paris. Auch die Einkaufs Möglichkeiten, für Lebensmittel sind gleich um die Ecke.

Good stay

The property was a great place to stay. Big enough for a familly of 5. The host was great, responsive and accommodating. I would recommend this place. It is as well close to the metro station, which helps with your travels.

Paris in December

The accomodation is as described. There were only 3 of us so had plenty of room. Building work taking place outside didnt reslly affect us as we were up and out. Close to Rer D, so very handy. Clean and tidy venue.

Séjour inoubliable

Tout d'abord merci à notre hôte pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. L'appartement est tout simplement parfait dans un ensemble immobilier très sécurisé (et donc sécurisant). L'appartement est très bien agencé : 3 belles chambres, 2 salles de bain, 2 WC dont 1 indépendant et une grande pièce de vie! Il ne manque rien. En plus, sa situation géographique est excellente : près du Stade de France (avis aux supporters) et à moins de 15 mn de Paris centre grâce à la ligne de métro n°14 qui fonctionne 24h/24 même les jours de grève car elle est automatique! Si nous devons séjourner de nouveau à Paris en famille ou entre amis, je ne chercherai pas une autre adresse, je reviendrai ici.

Eine schöne und gut gelegene Ferienwohnung 👍

Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten, die Wohnung ist zweckmässig eingerichtet, sauber und in einem angenehmen Umfeld. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäckerei, Apotheke usw. sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war ebenfalls super und unkompliziert.

Family trip

Place was as described, clean and close to transit (7 minute walk), lots of space! Had issues with internet and tv didn’t work during stay, also hot water was not turned on, had to talk to host to get it turned on. Host did his best to fix the issue with TV but ended up not working during our stay.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Lage der Whg. ist unschlagbar. direkt an der Metro und Bahn gelegen. Supermarkt in 50 m Entfernung. Wir waren zu viert und haben es sehr genossen. ein kleines minus bekommt die Sauberkeit der Küche. Beide Kaffeemaschinen und die Spülmaschine waren sehr dreckig. Diese hätte man für uns säubern können. Sonst alles ok. Kommen gerne wieder nach Paris
