Luxury Apartment in Great Location. Come and be Parisian for a week!

Luxurious 1100 square foot apartment, decorated w/antiques, quiet, sunny and located in the dynamic area of Boulogne. Close to 2 metro lines, bus, shopping, gourmet food stores, market and restaurants, movie theater,sport centers and forest.
The apartment was newly renovated, marble entrance etc...The first bath is recent and has a shower, the other is a small shower/sink bathroom. The toilet is in its own room. One bedroom has a queen size bed, the other a set of bunk beds + trundle. Off the living room there is an area with a luxurious murphy queen size bed. This Murphy bed area can be private when you close the hallway doors, which separates you for the other two bedrooms’ area.
The living room has a leather sofa and 2 large club chairs; a large desk. The dining area has 4 chairs and the round table can be enlarged w/ leaves.
The new kitchen is long , pretty spacious with 4 stools and a narrow bar counter. It is fully equipped (even with a Nespresso coffee machine); it leads onto the balcony that also has 2 lounge chairs and a small bistro table w/ 2 chairs.
This 6th flloor apartment with elevator, large windows is very comfortable and luxurious and will give you the impression of being Parisian! And if you are lucky, since the apartment is located across from the cultural center, you may listen to some opera singing or classical music sounds that travels.
As a bonus, if you tuck your head out the bedrooms, you will be able to see the Eiffel Tower.
Feel free to use our shopping cart located in the kitchen and go browse the local fresh markets. There are two of them: the first one is close to the Boulogne Jean Jaurès metro station and the other is closer to the metro Marcel Sembat (but on the other side of the circle while heading towards the public pool). These experiences will definitely make you feel at home, like a Parisian.
And certainly come with spare room in your suitcases because the shopping is awesome! And don’t forget to visit the “Gallerie” which has many stores including, Zara, Swarovsky…and even a Starbucks!

The location was great - close to metro, grocery, patisseries and anything else you might need (a mall close by even fixed our sons hearing aids for free). The apartment was great for our group of 6 and was very we stocked with anything you might need and more. As others have, I missed it on the description (it does detail it) about only one toilet, but we managed well anyways. The communication was great with Emmanuelle and when we needed anything, no problem. Also appreciated Stephan (her brother) showing us around when we got there. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely apartment in a really nice part of Paris

We had a lovely couple of days in the parent while we visited Paris for the Olympics. Would have been nice to be there longer to enjoy the apartment and the area. Excellent transport links to central Paris and the sites. Lots of lovely restaurants locally as well as cafes etc. lively and very helpful hosts who got int touch before our visit to help with arrangements

Excellent For Paris Family Vacations

This large flat is located in a perfect location to explore Paris. The flat is located in a quiet and safe building. A 5 min walk brings you to two different Metro lines. The immediate neighbourhood is upscale with many premium shops and great dining options. It's nice to come back to this quiet haven after exploring the hustle and bustle of downtown Paris. The flat is fully equipped with everything you need; 2 showers, 3 bedrooms, dishwasher, laundry, smart TV and plenty of fans to keep the flat cool. The hosts are excellent. We highly recommend staying at this location!

Great launching pad for French Open, Paris

Wonderful location where we were able to walk to Roland Garros and easily get everywhere else we would want to go. The neighborhood is really lively and diverse - lots of great shops, restaurants, and everything anyone could need. Easy to get to the metro to get into Centre Ville, and an easy walk to Roland Garros, which was ideal. Hosts greeted us well before arrival and as soon as we got there to show us around, and connected us with drivers who made our time there even better. Wonderful experience - highly recommend.

Thank you for an amazing stay! Our family of four felt very comfortable in our home away from home. The property is clean and well-maintained. The host was amazing - communication was very easy! We felt very well taken care of before and during our trip. The location is close to two Metro stations, making it very easy to get into and out of Paris. The local area was the best surprise - lots of restaurants and shopping. We were very happy with our stay and hope to return soon! We would highly recommend this property!

Beautiful apartment in Boulogne

We took a quick trip to Paris just before Christmas and stayed at Emmanuelle’s flat. It was lovely and in such a great location. Close to Metro, close to food and shops. Comfy and just the right size for our family of six. Secure location, great neighborhood. We would definitely book here again.

The property and area was great it was an Uber ride everyday to get into the heart of Paris 25 E each way - the property has two separate showers without toilets and 1 separate bathroom. Which worked fine for 3 adults. The apartment does not have A/C and the temp was in the 90 F all week. Sleeping was difficult.

Friends and Family Trip

Seven of us, 2 families with young adult children, spent 4 nights in this lovely home. We had a wonderful welcome and walk through the apartment and it’s amenities when we arrived. Surprise view of the Eiffel Tower makes this apartment even more special!

This lovely apartment was in a great area of Paris and if you like walking, you can walk to the Eiffel Tower, mainly along the river Seine, in around one hour. The modern kitchen had everything we needed and more, and the bathrooms were spotless too, with plenty of towels for us all. Emmanuelle's communication was always excellent and everything regarding check-in was very smooth. We discovered a view of the Eiffel Tower, by chance, as we looked to the right of the bedroom windows! Fantastic to see the sparkling lights at night! Plenty of shops nearby, including supermarkets, bakeries, etc. The apartment felt very secure as it was gated entry into the grounds, using a keyfob. We walked back late at night and felt very safe in that area. Would highly recommend!

City of lights.

We loved the property and the accomdations. The location allowed us to walk the short distance to the metro and be able to go anywhere in Paris. We were able to walk the short distance to the local bakeries and markets and enjoy some meals in the home. Thank you for letting us stay in your home and experience the city of Paris. It was beautiful, especially for those in our party visiting for the first time.

Les Vacances Parfaites - the perfect vacation.

This apartment is perfectly located in a lovely neighborhood. There is an elementary school and a music school on the street. The music from the school drifted through the windows during late afternoons. It is comfortable walking distance to two different metro lines. There are many excellent restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores nearby. Roland Garros and the Paris St Germaine stadium are 20/10 minute walks. The apartment was clean and comfortably slept four adults. The owner and her relatives were all available for any questions that we had before and during our stay. This great apartment helped to make our Paris vacation perfect!

Great location with easy access to two Metro stations. Stephane was very welcoming and helpful.

This property is advertised as 3 bedrooms, but the 3rd bedroom isn't a private room - it's a Murphy bed in an area that looks like it should be the dining room. Also, it is advertised as 2 full baths and one 1/2 bath, but the full baths don't have toilets, there is just one toilet in the very small wc - not quite what we were expecting, but maybe that is an American thing. But the full baths and the kitchen are very new and modern and the rest of the apartment gives you more of a mid-century Parisian feel. On the edge of Paris so you will have to travel for any sightseeing, but the Metro was close and easy to navigate. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby We enjoyed our stay.

Tolle Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und sauber gewesen. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für eine schöne Woche in Paris benötigt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Gegend, in der Läden und Restaurants vorhanden sind. Auch die Nähe zur Metro und Bus ist super. Vielen Dank an Stephane. Er hat uns erklärt, wo wir alles finden und stand auch für Fragen zur Verfügung. Es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen.

Amazing stay!

We just returned from a week stay at this property and had a fantastic time. The owner, Emmanuelle, was very helpful with answering all my questions, especially since we booked this only four days prior to arriving. Her brother met us at the apartment when we arrived, and showed us the apartment as well as the neighborhood (location of grocery store, metro, restaurants, etc). The location was perfect, right near the metro and also so much to do right near the apartment. Would highly recommend, and if we make it back to Paris again, we would definitely stay here again!
