The front desk worker at check-in was rude and condescending when I reported the heat wasn’t working, implying I didn’t know how to use the thermostat, then turning it on remotely since it’s controlled from the front desk. The staff at checkout was much nicer and helpful. The room also had no hot water, which they blamed on a city issue, even though a sign said it had been going on for over two weeks. I wish I had known this before booking.
