My stay at Hotel Baume was beautiful. We got offered to get upgraded to a Jr. Suite for a low cost and we really liked the room. Very spacious. Unfortunately the room had issues so we had to move but luckily they moved us to an even better room at no cost! We had some water heat issues and we had to call again to get the hot water back. Despite the issues, the staff was very warm and personable and comped the upgrade for our inconveniences. I love the location of the hotel, it was very close to a train station, yet also very walkable. It was out of the way in a quiet street which also felt comforting.
Overall, I loved my stay, it was a beautiful room, large and spacious, had a balcony, (although I feel like it needed maintenance) with warm staff, super nice people, and a great location. I would return to this hotel without the doubt! Whatever inconveniences I had was made up for. I respect the competence of the staff and the hotel in this regard. Thank you again for a great stay.
