From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG):

By public transport:
Take the RER B train towards Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse directly from the airport. Get off at Bagneux station. Your accommodation is about a 5-minute walk from the station.

By car:
Follow the signs towards the A1 motorway, then take the A3 towards Paris. Continue on the Western Ring Road (Périphérique Ouest) and take the exit for Bagneux. The journey takes about 45 minutes.


From Orly Airport (ORY):

By public transport:
Take the Orlyval shuttle to Antony station.
Change to the RER B train towards Paris and get off at Bagneux station. Your accommodation is a 5-minute walk from the station.

By car:
Take the A106 towards Paris, then merge onto the A6B. Continue on the Western Ring Road (Périphérique Ouest) and take the exit for Bagneux. The journey takes about 20 minutes.


From the Train Stations in Paris:

Gare du Nord / Gare de l'Est:
Take the RER B towards Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse to Bagneux, then a 5-minute walk.
Alternative: Take Metro Line 4 to the terminus Bagneux-Lucie Aubrac, then a 15-minute walk.

Gare de Lyon:
Take Metro Line 14 to Châtelet, then change to the RER B towards Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse to Bagneux, then a 5-minute walk.
Alternative: Take Line 14 to Châtelet, then change to Metro Line 4 to the terminus Bagneux-Lucie Aubrac, then a 15-minute walk.

Gare Montparnasse:
Take Metro Line 4 to Denfert-Rochereau, then the RER B to Bagneux, then a 5-minute walk.
Alternative: Continue directly on Line 4 to the terminus Bagneux-Lucie Aubrac, then a 15-minute walk.

Business trips and tourist stays are welcome.
Daytime seminars or similar one-day events (from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.) are possible. Please contact me with the intended hours of use and the number of participants, so I can make you a suitable proposal. Parties are not allowed.

Please respect the following rules:

1- Number of guests: The number of people present must match the number specified in the booking.

2- Quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM: No outdoor activities in the garden. No music, no shouting in the house and in the garden. Special care should be taken when opening and closing the gate.

3- Age of participants: All participants must be at least 21 years old, except for children accompanied by responsible adults.

4- Cleaning: Tidying up and cleaning are mandatory before check-out. Garbage must be disposed of in the designated bins.

5- Early departures: If leaving before 8 AM, please carry luggage by hand to avoid disturbing the neighbors.

6- Behavior: Any disruptive or illegal behavior (drugs, shouting, violence, noise disturbances, prostitution) is strictly prohibited.

7- Respect for neighbors: Any violation of these rules may result in immediate eviction without a refund.

Notes:

- The large dining table can seat up to 10 people.

- The fifth bedroom is independent and located at the back of the garden.

- The pool table is child-sized, more suitable for kids than adults.

- The audio system is no longer available in order to prevent nighttime disturbances, following misuse in the past.

- Regarding the keys, after two incidents where a set was lost, we had to call an emergency locksmith twice to replace the locks and keys in order to ensure the safety of the following guests. We have noticed that when two sets of keys are provided, it is more common for one to be misplaced. To avoid this issue, we have decided to provide only one set of keys, although we understand that having two would be more convenient for guests.

- A small independent unit on the same property is occupied on a long-term basis.
The two tenants have no access to the house or the back garden, which remain entirely reserved for Airbnb guests. They only use the front garden path to enter and exit their accommodation, without staying there or using the space with guests. They also provide us with occasional support as caretakers and intervene only in case of an emergency, if we need to reach guests and are unable to do so directly.
