The sitting room is very large and has a mock fire place with many candles, antiques, modern art, leather chairs and a designer sofa, dim-able lights - a perfect place to relax before or after exploring Paris. The chef's kitchen has been designed and equipped to enable you to cook a wonderful meal. It has a lovely, large white Carrara marble work area and faces the dining area which has a stunning 19th century wooden table which can sit up to six guests. A large Freud retro style fan is at your disposal.

This property is located in the heart of the Marais, the most vibrant arrondissement of Paris, in walking distance from many attractions like the Centre Pompidou, the Picasso Museum, Place de Voges and even Notre Dame. The neighbourhood boosts many nice restaurants/brasseries, organic stores, patisseries and the flat is only 5-10 minutes walk away from the famous covered food market "Les Enfants Rouges" were you can buy organic fruit and vegetables, lovely fish and great French cheese.

The closest Metro station is Arts-et-Metiers 5 minutes away from Pied-a-Terre and buses and Velibs (bicycles that can be rented daily or weekly and are a great way to explore Paris) are close by. However, given Le Pied-à-Terre's central location you will most likely explore Paris on foot.
