The apartment offers a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dedicated dining room with seating for up to six guests. The elegant yet welcoming living spaces are ideal for relaxing after a day spent discovering Paris or enjoying a meal together.

The sleeping arrangement includes two comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the second offers a double bed. The living room can also be converted into an additional sleeping area with a sofa bed suitable for two guests.

The apartment is ideal for four guests and can accommodate up to six people.

The apartment features two bathrooms, both equipped with a shower and WC. For your comfort, the property also includes premium 5-star bedding, bed and bath linen, high-speed Wi-Fi, a TV, washer and dryer, hair dryer, safe, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, induction cooking plates, combined microwave oven, toaster, water boiler, and a selection of pans and cooking utensils. Toiletries including shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper are also provided. A baby bed and high chair can be arranged upon request.

Guest access is simple and convenient. On the day before your arrival, we will send you all the necessary information regarding access to the apartment and check-in.

Please note that there is no elevator in the building. The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible by approximately 15 steps. As the staircase includes a half-floor, please continue climbing until you reach the blue apartment door on the first floor.

The keys will be provided in a secure key box located inside the building.

As our team is not permanently on site, please take our travel time into consideration when making a last-minute reservation. For example, a reservation made at 5:00 p.m. for arrival on the same day may result in our team arriving at approximately 7:00 p.m.

Parking is conveniently available near the apartment, with several paid options including secure indoor parking and outdoor spaces. Street access is convenient, and taxis can drop guests directly in front of the building.

We kindly ask all guests to take care of the apartment and return it in the same condition in which it was provided. Additional cleaning or repair fees may apply in case of damage or non-compliance with the house rules.

For the comfort of our neighbors and all guests, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., and music is not permitted during these hours.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and throughout the building. Only registered guests who have provided the required identification are permitted to access the property. Events and professional or commercial photo shoots are not permitted, as the apartment is intended exclusively for residential stays.

Please note that valid identity documents are required for all adult guests. The apartment is professionally cleaned before arrival and after departure.
