Located on the ground floor in a quite courtyard, it includes :

During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: Video projector, Washing machine, Hair dryer, Oven, Coffee machine, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

Thanks to the video projector with Netflix and Disney + on it, you will enjoy nice movies nights. Simply use the remote control to operate it (for Netflix and Disney +, click on the top right button and use it as for a computer mouse).

The studio is close to subways lines 2, 12 and 13.
There's a “MONOPRIX” supermarket 110 m from the building for your everyday shopping needs. You will also find a G20 and a Intermarché in a 200 meters area.

## Emplacement
The apartment is located in between Montmartre (18th arrondissement) and the 9th arrondissement. Montmartre is one of the highest mounds in Paris and the view from the summit is amazing. Montmartre was the neighborhood of many artists like Picasso, Dali, Duchamp, Toulouse-Lautrec and many others.
Boulevard de Clichy, near Place Pigalle, has many nice cafes and bars, giving the neighborhood a great dynamism.
On the other side from the Boulevard de Clichy, only a couple of minutes away from the apartment, you find the 9th arrondissement. Less touristic than Montmartre, it is not less lively. It is a trendy district where Parisians meet around a good diner or a glass of wine. There you will find the Opéra Garnier and the Grands Boulevards, where you can go shopping at the Galeries Lafayette and Printemps.
